  • @hagenrobles3582

    Can you explain why it’s a laid down steering post and not vertical like the rmk? I like the vertical post I feel like they turn more natural . Angled I feel they turn kinda weird. Like a skidoo not bashing skidoo at all they are badass sleds just turd weird to me.

    • @turcotte16
      @turcotte16  3 года назад +5

      Each rider is different! Typically lay down post is for better cornering while sitting, this is why it’s widely used on trail models, and race models alike! I have grown to understand this style of steering, from my professional racing career! Smaller riders typically fare better with the lay down post because it’s easier to manipulate the sled with body weight. The vertical post to me, and many others, is a foreign way to steer a snowmobile. Much like steering a tractor, compared to riding a dirtbike

    Brett, I have the matryx assault 146.... What's your build list/upgrades done thus far? With it being a new chassis it's hard to find upgrades or anything that has been put to the test. Specifically the front end, I was hoping for the sks in the new chassis to snowcheck something a little better for off trail. Saw your narrowed front and know that no one is putting the 146 through a testing like u have this season. Or pushing it to the limits...
    If u can, what have u done and how has the upgrades held up... Thanks bro!

    • @turcotte16
