- Follow along as I paint the pristine, turquoise, crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe. In this tutorial video, I specifically focus on the techniques and process used to create the effects for the boulders and underwater rocks.

Liquitex heavy body acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas 16" X 20"

Beautiful work and so generous with your knowledge and talent. I didn’t quite understand where you used the professional paint as compared to the liquitex basics, it is such a fabulous ides to mix them when you can!
I use the basics for blocking in and underpainting, and when I’m just having fun, compared to the heavy body professionals when I want to add the final layering and details :)
