Across your whole range your videos are easily the most intelligent and informative on the web, eclipsing some much bigger names. Great work and thanks.

Is there such a thing as over spinning the slice (offensively and defensively)
It’s very clear to me what extra top on the ball does, but I’ve never been sure what extra under spin does. Thx coach!

I wouldn't say there is a thing of over spinning tge shot. It just depends on what your goal was. But to answer your question, extra topspin pulls the ball down faster and backspin does the opposite keeping the ball in the air longer. The spinning is trying to pull I upwards but gravity brings its down eventually. Do I glides through the air farther the spin it has

I’m surprised you didn’t mention slicing more through inside of the ball to give a fading effect.

I tried to keep it simple, but that's definitely an option.

Funny...coaches I find cringe to teach juniors to slice.

because it makes them lazy and they get to their BH LATE. The should only learn slice until they master topspin backhands. You think nadal was taught a slice before a proper backhand? Uncle Toni would be laughing in his villa in Spain right now
