The painting in the video is titled "Memanah" or "Archery", it was painted in 1943 by Henk Ngantung. The painting was hung right behind the podium where President Soekarno proclaimed the Independence of Indonesia on 17 August 1945.
The song itself is written by Rudolf Soepratman. It is a song about a "New Dawn" for the Young Republic of Indonesia and it's People, specially, the Youth of Indonesia.
