back in the sixties it was grounded to the body we used to just wiggle the light assembly 🤣😂😅

Not sure they did the same thing in 08, but my 2013 was shipped from the factory without the auxiliary 12-volt fuse and relay.
It's either that or somebody at the dealership borrowed it for something else.

For me, its always in the trailer wiring. So far....
