The original law (Common Law and The Constitution)were written for the people. Over the years Parliament has watered down and cancelled the laws that the people had wanted,and imposed Maritime Law through the backdoor and as such so that people didn't pay any attention. Katie. I had to comment on this video because I lost everything too. My home, my business which I owned the property, all my bank accounts etc etc. I was left walking the streets of Cardiff and living in a homeless refuge because the Government took everything from me. Bankrupted me (over £800k) because of a lie. Now, you may think that I'm lying, but after they had sold the last of my 3 properties and "spent" all my money, they sent me an amended tax bill which proved that I was telling the truth all along. The final tax bill was realistic, the bill on which they bankrupted me was 25 times more and impossible to pay. So here I am today, with basically nothing. It took me over 10 years to be able to talk about it without crying. Yet here I am now, actually seeing the benefits of having nothing. Because you know, when you have nothing, you have nothing to lose. Which gives you the freedom to speak out and not be afraid. The HMRC literally robbed me of over £800k and ever since, my life has had much more depth. Thanks for this video, Katie. I truly understand exactly what you mean. ❤

I am so saddened by this information, I am saddened by the state of this once great country, and if I am honest it seems to me that where we find ourselves now is, or should be, glaring proof that what honest normal people are saying is actually CORRECT. The law is deliberately ambiguous to allow different judgements by what the judge decides. If they want to get you, they can. If they want to let you go, they can. It’s BS pure and simple.

In Canada where I live there are 4 men who have been jailed for 2 years as a result of the freedom/trucker protest in a place called Coutts Alberta. They have been held in remand without trial. I got a criminal conviction for failing to secure regular school attendance for a child with a average of 99% attendance over 4 years. The head teacher had a grudge.
I once asked for a meeting with the head of the school my son was attending because my son was unfaily suspended. I gave him, and his assistant, a thorough bollocking - despite the presence of the school policeman (yes, a policeman was present). Any parent can do this - and should.
I recall walking past a school playground which was deserted save for a girl (6 year old) and one staff member. They were taking turns to wave a large LGBT flag. On following days i witnessed the same banner amidst a full playground and wondered if parents knew what was going on IN the classroom and if they cared. This is an evil revolution taking place before us. Home schooling is more than preferable now.

Indeed. I was like you until the developments of the last few years. What I have learned in recent years is that the law is not a constant, nor is it about Truth, nor is about fairness or Justice. Rather, the law is completely arbitrary and subject to interpretation through a lens of popularity, promotion/advancement, punitive vindictiveness, financial aggrandizement, social advancement, etc. The Law is about a great many things, but the Law is certainly not about Truth, Justice and Fairness.
The Law has ripped my Cousin off for thousands. Incompetent Solicitors, Barristers and they haven't done their job. She could now lose everything all because the divorce solicitor has effectively committed legal fraud and lied and lied now the truth is coming out. No other solicitor will touch it in the are, so she is trying to find a solicitor who will take on legal misrepresentation cases. She's got nothing left, so it's going to have to be "no win, no fee". I said to her from the start to be careful, as the law isn't there to protect real victims.

A powerful speech Katie, an unpleasant summary of what I’ve long known. How can you win in court against the establishment, when the courts are part of that establishment?
Clearly there’s a reason why MPs and the judiciary are always exempt from pension thefts.
Katie. I had to comment on this video because I lost everything too. My home, my business which I owned the property, all my bank accounts etc etc. I was left walking the streets of Cardiff and living in a homeless refuge because the Government took everything from me. Bankrupted me (over £800k) because of a lie. Now, you may think that I'm lying, but after they had sold the last of my 3 properties and "spent" all my money, they sent me an amended tax bill which proved that I was telling the truth all along. The final tax bill was realistic, the bill on which they bankrupted me was 25 times more and impossible to pay. So here I am today, with basically nothing. It took me over 10 years to be able to talk about it without crying. Yet here I am now, actually seeing the benefits of having nothing. Because you know, when you have nothing, you have nothing to lose. Which gives you the freedom to speak out and not be afraid. The HMRC literally robbed me of over £800k and ever since, my life has had much more depth. Thanks for this video, Katie. I truly understand exactly what you mean. ❤

When, as housemaster at the QVS MoD School in 1991 I reported a paedophile ring in the school, the MoD and Police threw me out of the school. One of the paedophiles was called Thomas Hamilton who 5 years later murdered 16 children and their teacher at Dunblane primary school in 1996. After 33 years of writing scores of letters to the Police and Mod for an explanation I have had no reply to any of my letters. They never interviewed me, just completely ignored me. They are now trying to say it never happened. There were four high ranking paedophiles who visited the school who were never convicted. I am so saddened by this information, I am saddened by the state of this once great country, and if I am honest it seems to me that where we find ourselves now is, or should be, glaring proof that what honest normal people are saying is actually CORRECT. When I think of my grandfather who faught in both wars, lost a limb and, in hind sight, was suffering from PTSD, gave up for this country to be FREE, the fact that people are too scared to speak up, and those that DO, get PUNISHED, it makes me weep, and I for one do not want to live in it

The law is deliberately ambiguous to allow different judgements by what the judge decides. If they want to get you, they can. If they want to let you go, they can. It’s BS pure and simple.

As someone whose profession entailed taking cases to court I would always say "Do not expect justice in a British Court." You may be lucky but don't bank on it.
In Canada where I live there are 4 men who have been jailed for 2 years as a result of the freedom/trucker protest in a place called Coutts Alberta. They have been held in remand without trial. Purely political prisoners (just like the J6 prisoners). The left have usurped the courts in all the western countries, Stalin approves comrade.

I got a criminal conviction for failing to secure regular school attendance for a child with a average of 99% attendance over 4 years. The head teacher had a grudge.
I once asked for a meeting with the head of the school my son was attending because my son was unfaily suspended. I gave him, and his assistant, a thorough bollocking - despite the presence of the school policeman (yes, a policeman was present). Any parent can do this - and should.
OP must be missing some details. It doesn't make sense.
I recall walking past a school playground which was deserted save for a girl (6 year old) and one staff member. They were taking turns to wave a large LGBT flag. On following days i witnessed the same banner amidst a full playground and wondered if parents knew what was going on IN the classroom and if they cared. This is an evil revolution taking place before us. Home schooling is more than preferable now.
Its a shame these feckless schools don't feel the same way about training days or going on strike. I'm glad I don't have a school age child today.
fellow convict here, convicted for telling a police officer, who had told me to drop a complaint about one of his officers (in relation to the arrest of my stepson) where to go. Things have gotten ridiculous.

Indeed. I was like you until the developments of the last few years. What I have learned in recent years is that the law is not a constant, nor is it about Truth, nor is about fairness or Justice. Rather, the law is completely arbitrary and subject to interpretation through a lens of popularity, promotion/advancement, punitive vindictiveness, financial aggrandizement, social advancement, etc. The Law is about a great many things, but the Law is certainly not about Truth, Justice and Fairness.
The Law has ripped my Cousin off for thousands. Incompetent Solicitors, Barristers and they haven't done their job. She could now lose everything all because the divorce solicitor has effectively committed legal fraud and lied and lied now the truth is coming out. No other solicitor will touch it in the are, so she is trying to find a solicitor who will take on legal misrepresentation cases. She's got nothing left, so it's going to have to be "no win, no fee". I said to her from the start to be careful, as the law isn't there to protect real victims.
