Bronze 20x11 wrap with 305/35/20, find out if they will rub a dodge Challenger
#widebodychallenger #mopar #challenger #charger
I have a widebody I’m going to put on my 2014 charger but don’t want to cut fenders if I put 305 on it’s a must that u cut?
my car is airbagged and the wheels stick out past the fender so in order to lower it the lowest I had to cut the fenders, if you use stock suspension you probably won't have to cut but if your wheels have a offset that push your tires past your stock fenders they will eventually rub in some bumps
If that gives you troubles in the long term or plan to lower your car then you should consider cutting them
Ok cuz I like to slide my car and didn’t know if I can put the widebody on with them and still slide
Same exact question i want to know
great video with info. I'm planning to have 20x11 with 305/35/20 for my RT narrow body(widebody kit installed) front and rear. -2.5 offset same as yours, 6 inch backspacing, do you think that will work on my RT w/o rub?
Thank you, and I think if you have stock suspension it will be fine but if you planning on lowering it you will need to cut the fenders, just depends how far the tire sticks out while driving corners and bumps
@@ed_rt thank you for response. I have no plan to lower the car. Everything is stock, according to calculator, outer sidewall is 56mm farther out, inner sidewall to suspension and frame is 5mm closer.
@@ed_rtsooo man I have a 15 hellcat slim body will the same exact rim rub??? No suspension change no cutting??
@@crimerate6243 check the offset that you need I know that slim body need positive offset, voxwheels have a version for slim body of my wheels
Bro I bought same wheels voxx 20*11. -2 offset 305 30 r20 tire i have 2023 challenger rt scatpack 392 narowbody they gona rub in rear or not in stock suspension
Hey Bro, I know that some scats and 392 suspentions are lowered from factory, so that might cause rubbing but some have just enough height that it might be ok, if it's start rubbing on speed bumps and turns, you probably going to need to cut fender and put some flares or get a positive offset wheel. Voxx has the same wheel for the narrow body with positive offset
@@ed_rt thank you bro
where did you get your bronze lug nuts?
they are black, but they are a little beat up and old almost look like copper lol, maybe I should get some bronze ones 🤔 will see
You need to put a 315 on the back
Yeah, I think it will look nice as a staggered set up
@@ed_rt it would.. i run 315s on the back of my car's with no problem
im going to be running a 10.5/20 with 305/35/20. do you think it’ll rub & ill need to get spacers?
It depends on the offset and type of car, is your car a widebody or narrow body? What's the offset on your wheels?
Those little ass rims are not going to rub
