I deliver mostly at night. I thank my customers not only for every tip I receive but I also thank those who turned on a porch light. I think that we should be able to rate the customer on the app.
The cancel stuff is a must.. I worked a little thanksgiving and Christmas , and I was being sent to closed places ! Wasted gas and time .. forced to take a pic of the closed place and wait for customer service to call said closed place .. and of course no money for cancelled order and it dings your cancellation rate .
I was literally talking with support for this today. I had 7 back to back orders in teo different driving days under not even cracking a dollar a mile. Tanked my acceptance rate all while being a "diamond" driver. insane
@ if uber really thinks they are going to have people get to 30% AR let alone 50%, they need to fix a lot of things. The # of $5 and under orders for $15+ miles need to stop. They pretty much send anything out.
1000% on the tip breakdown. It does matter. With stacked orders, I want to see if the last delivery tipped less since its more likely they received the coldest food. Also, I want to see if certain neighborhoods exhibit tipping patterns so I know which trips I should avoid or embrace. I suspect these are the very reasons we do not see the tip amount broken down by address.
One option I think both DoorDash and Uber eats should have is the option to set a destination, like your house and have them look for deliveries that are close to you and delivering towards that preferred destination. This way at the end of your day you could do this and hopefully get something that will take you closer to your house for your last trip. The same could be done for when you're leaving your house heading to the hotspot areas. Similar to dash along the way.
I get cancelations ALL THE TIME. Usually wal mart canceling it on their end,or an order that was picked up. What pisses me off,is that's considered a black mark on you! Even though you have no control over it.
Yes This is one of my big gripes too! If I choose not to deliver, sure it should go on me, but closed stores, customer cancel, support cancel should not count against us! This is ludicrous. 🤬
Absolutely agree with making sure delivery instructions are updated. Today I had a delivery and the navigation was taking me to a completely different location then the address listed. Fortunately I have experience as a semi driver and plan my trip ahead of time. So before I went to the final delivery I confirmed with the customer over the chat whether I was going to the pin location or the address listed.
I like the send thanks for tip button. I send thanks on every tip I consider good which bascially starts at near 8 bucks or so but depends on the order so it's not really an absolute cutoff.
I would suggest them telling us the second restaurant because sometimes they’ll make a double and say Wendy’s and then there’s a second restaurant that’s Applebee’s and I’m like you didn’t even tell me that, the way it looks on the screen you would just assume both of the same restaurant
Sometimes a truncated, confusingly unhelpful message appears, I think, when there are 2 pickups that says "Both order to the same" or something like that. Itpops up only when the order is coming in & alarm ringing but I dont dare breathe on the screen to make sure I dont accept the order. The past week almost all the orders were stacked and the few that weren't were $3 - $6 for 1/2 hour trips. I wont accept those.
Having been using Uber Eats now for about 2 weeks, one of my absolute favorite aspects of it is NOT being scheduled. When I have time I go online, rather that be morning, evening, or even the middle of the night. I can be available when I am available. Having to preschedule when I can deliver makes it much less easy to fit into my schedule as it is. Sometimes I have enough time for 1-2 deliveries and then have to get back home. Other times I might be able to run around for 8 hours. This is by far the best aspect, and if they take that away then I see that as creating a problem, not fixing something.
If you are a new UEats delivery driver, your 'Honeymoon' Period will end in approx 30 days. After the 30 days or so, you will begin to receive the type of delivery offers, that everyone else complains about. Don't worry about AR. Just take offers that are $2+ per mile. Take into account, your dead miles back after drop off.
Number 22 is exactly the reason why I want the satellite view. Because currently I have it use Google navigation externally and before I go I check the location to specifically see if there's going to be parking. And I use street view if necessary. If I see a residential house of the driveway it's simple. But if I see one way streets or apartment complexes like you said, I look for where I'm going to park even if I have to park slightly down the road and walk. It just makes it so better to be prepared rather than just winging it and figuring it out when you get there. Maybe we should have the ability as drivers to leave reviews for customers that we delivered to. This way the next driver who delivers can see the notes for mother drivers helping them to have a more successful delivery for any special instructions that may be good to know.
3:45 "pre-tips" should be called what they actually are: order bids pre-tipping is not a tip at all. it's a bid for service meant to entice drivers. calling it a tip erases the actual part of the order that's actually a tip (after the service has been completed with successfully delivering the order). by taking the bid and relocating it to an hour after the order is delivered, the actual tip window is overwritten by the order bid, which is further manipulated by Uber after the fact. having said that. anytime a "tip" is baited, it can usually be recovered by CALLING (don't msg) support and getting a supervisor on the line to insist on receiving full payment by saying the magic words: "the contract was violated when the amount was lowered after delivery". there's more spiel to the uber rigamarole of getting paid but i digress
@ yes a supervisor will provide at least the difference in compensation as it is their obligation to do so. Don’t get it twisted-tip baiting sucks. But that’s not on the driver. Since the customer never pays the driver. The customer pays Uber. And Uber pays the driver. There is no financial transaction that ever directly occurs between customers and drivers. Tip baiting is only a loss for Uber, never the driver. Uber’s just trying to piss it’s loss on the driver’s side of the fence. Even the wording “but THE customer lowered THE tip after delivery” is careful to never explicitly state but only imply enough to mindfuck the driver into thinking that Uber’s customer is actually their own and that includes any lost tips-> absolutely reprehensible when you think about it…the entire ‘driver vs customer’ ongoing beef is entirely manufactured by Uber to keep us divided and prevent the realization that Uber is kinda very overpriced and completely pointless. Also Uber’s contractual obligation to provide what it calls the “customer tip” is probably why tips over $8 are hidden. Bc Uber insists on handling all the money and if customers wanted to troll Uber every order would be a tip baited $50 maybe $100 since Uber’s on the hook to pay the tip. All this resulting from Uber hijacking the customer’s contract bid, renaming something pointless like “upfront pricing” and then kicking the actual bid to an hour after the order’s done and then that’s what Uber quite incorrectly (and despicably) calls s “customer tip” ->that’s just one example of the nefarious trash Uber is up to by controlling all the money (a third party service could easily manage payments with way more transparency) Didn’t expect that to become a rant but that’s why Uber only ever deserves the Goodfellas treatment with “Truck Uber. Pay Me!” Just don’t ask when you call to recover s tip bait. Politely demand with phrasing like “Uber is REQUIRED to provide the amount that was agreed”. and “I agree with Uber’s explanation but it is inapplicable to me, the full amount agreed to is still due immediately.” And if there’s ever a power struggle then politely disengage and call back
Oh and by the way I had one of those orders yesterday for Taco Bell picking up two different deliveries from the same store. It was a $32 delivery. And when I got there I found out that the store said they stopped doing DoorDash and Uber eats deliveries after 11:00. I was there to pick up at midnight. And several other drivers were told the same thing. Which explains why it was so high. Likely this is happening and they just kept reassigning the trip and up the amount to get it done. Instead of just blocking that store from orders. And this is something that the specific stores should be penalized for. If they don't accept orders after 11:00 even though they're advertised as being open till 1:00 a.m. they either need to update their times or they need to be removed from the app.
same offer comes through sometimes THREE times after already declined it so thats whats destroying acceptance rate. If you have to decline the same offer mutiple times they really need to fix that. its just setting up for acceptance rate failure.
I haven’t been able to increase my satisfaction rate from 93% to 95%. I’ve done over 200 deliveries since it went down and all of sudden no more customer ratings to increase it or make the old rating fall off.
Yes! So here’s something that I’ve noticed. I’m over here in Austin, Texas. I’ve been driving Uber for almost 10 years on and off and in between jobs. The times that I’ve tried to get my acceptance rate up I would have to drive all day excepting every single Uber ride just to see it only move 1% Yet…. Since I started driving, Uber eats, only accepting every Uber eats delivery for 2 to 3 hours. I will see my acceptance rate move by like 2-3%! I don’t know if this is just some weird hack to get your ratings up by doing Uber Eats all day instead. But yeah, if you’re reading this job it drops for your entire Uber account not just on the driving side or food delivery side .
@ I only do deliveries. I’m now up to over 600 deliveries and all of my percentages change except for the satisfaction rate. It’s still stuck at 93% no matter what I do and it’s been there since around 200 deliveries.
I make sure to always think for my tips because that options there. The fact that you can do it is the only reason I do it though. I feel like if I can let the customer know I appreciate it, I want to let them know. But I am torn because maybe these customers really don't want to hear. I guess it's better than having a button to say thank you for not tipping. 😅
Filter for stores- theres stores we know take a long time or for whatever reason we want to avoid a store Ability to choose drop off sequence - sometimes ue makes us backtrack when we were already near the customer on a stack order, why make us go to the far customer first when we had a near customer that should of been dropped off first. At least gh and dd lets you choose your drop off sequence Map zone filter for drop offs- we should be able to somehow highlight on the map where we DO NOT want to drop off an order, for instance not so nice areas of the city. Ue should make a way for us to filter areas in the city we simply dont wish to deliver at These are great suggestions i hope ue makes Basically a store filter, a drop off zone filter, and choosing the sequence of the drop offs.
In my market trip radar is pretty good. I get a lot of 1 mile 5-8$ orders there. Typically my exclusive offers are equally hit or miss but tend to have a little more mileage on them. Also i usually win on the trip radar too but really awful orders will immediately get picked by someone else
Was trip baited to walmart twice now. The latest one was fopr about 25 bucks for around 7 miles of driving. I get there check in and get a second pickup offer for the same location and ads 13 bucks on. Ok! I accept. I wait......................both get cancelled at the exact same time after waiting 15 minutes for nothing.
I had a very high paying offer of $74.64 for 21.84 miles. I was skeptical but accepted it anyway. It ended up being $65.10 for the fare and $9.54 tip that paid out as advertised. Those huge offers are often lies but occasionally they pay off big.
I’ve had a high paying order think it was $35 for an order! I get to the restaurant and I’m the 5th person coming in for the order! I spoke to the customer and he was waiting for the order! So i had the restaurant remake the order they did it less than 5 minutes and dropped it off $35! So some of the high pay offers may be a glitch but could be a real offer! Sometimes you come up in the gig space!😊
I hit thanks for the tip each time. I think more customers more likely to give you a good review, or not give you a bad review if this is sent. I know small % of customers this works on, but it's basically the only post delivery positive influence you can have with a customer, so why not take advantage of it?
I’m just a noob, but I use the THANKS FOR THE TIP button on every trip. When I start adding zeros on the end of my delivery number, I’ll probably be less enthusiastic about it.
I wish they’d stop sending new orders when I’m in the middle of taking a photo to complete an order! Have to start all over! The other night it happened like 10 times in a row and I was trying not to have them have their food all cold
I don't get none of this 😢😅 I hate ot here 😂mann every single day I'm not receiving any trip requests and if so they're extremely low 2 to $3 on a good day it's around 5:00 to 6:00 or 8:00 and I only want to take those and some of those are across town to another city Uber please fix this
I had a double yesterday that was supposed to pay $31.69, needless to say I was tip baited and made $7.22. Not only did that happen, but the customer reported me for letting someone else use my account to make deliveries! This morning I got a message saying that I picked up an order and didn’t deliver it.
One thing they have to fix is contacting support. The chatbot is awful to navigate, and offers all kinds of useless paths to choose from, and usually doesn't have what I am looking for. It's frustrating and frankly burns my time. Not only that, if you don't go into break mode, orders keep coming in, which wipes out the current screen and you have to start all over. When I contact support it's something that needs to be resolved quickly. Bottom line drivers are the front line representatives of UE and we should be treated as such when it comes to support.
They need zones like dd! I am so sick of constantly getting b.s. orders along the lines of " $4 order, 25 mi drive." I see that stuff all the time and it is an INSULT. It's like them saying your work has no value.
Option to turn off having delivery instructions read aloud. Option to turn off short cut text messages pop-up. New orders that arrive while delivering current order places the accept offer button somewhere other than where the take photo button is located. Option to reject all offers from certain businesses (Sephora, Office Depot, Walmart, Apple, etc) Option for custom geofencing.
Yup the store filter and drop off zone filter is a must, also they should let us choose the drop off sequence like dd and gh lets you. And I also agree too that the camera button should not be on the same place the new offers show up on the screen so we dont accidentally accept an offer while in the middle of taking the picture
If exclusive at high paying offers that are coming through if they think that that’s high paying, I’m frightened to think what they think is normal pay because they’re exclusive pay won’t even pay for your brakes if you’re doing the work yourself
Uber will purposely cover the screen at dangerous turns in Hope's you accept on accident also while texting and while taking the photo this app is wild
I did active pay at home 3 hrs and never got 1 order never got paid. I send thanks for the tip every order. I fell for you city drivers I could never do it.
I have an issue quite often when the map takes me to the resident only gate and sometimes have to find where the main entrance is for these super large communities. this will occasionally count towards me having a late drop off, hurting my stats.
In cali cancelations are insane and order stealing because there are a lot of people buying accouts here sounds crazy but ive witnessed it unfortunately and experienced it. My issue is regardless of type of cancellation it affects your ratings which if its the store or customer or the order was picked up or restaurant is closed should not affect your rating Im not sure that the tip heat map would be helpful like i said cali has a lot of order stealing and people waiting in front of restaurants to the point you won't get orders there and that is because of the money heat map a tip one would be worse. In my experience poor areas tip but very low, rich areas tip bait and dont tip, and downtown areas tip the best they can afford it and are generous to spend when they do. As for thanks for tip may seem like a bad feature but i click it everytime and whenever I get my prop 22 I usually go back over the last two weeks and click any I missed it helps it's amazing and especially in great tipping areas its helped me improve ratings and tips too...there are a few other things I do that also increase my tips exponentially so ive kept them with me...it really is a science and you jaut have to learn to crack the code 😅
My biggest issue is Uber App requires it to be displayed over apps, on Android. If i minimize uber to the background, i still get offer popups, but dont get the map showing the locations. And it gets very frustrating getting that map to show up before offer expires.
I hate that. It's one of the biggest reasons I don't use Uber eats as much as I used to. I know you can go into your settings and turn it off after going online, but you either have to keep it on even when doing other orders or repeat the process every time you go offline
I tried multi-apping with Uber yesterday, and I couldn't help but laugh and laugh. It wanted me to travel 15 miles to get to a location and pick up, then deliver more miles. The prices were always way less than the miles. Insane. Is there another payment method I'm missing here? Denied order after order because of it.
Tips should be mandatory too not optional, as a food carrier you are providing a service. If they don’t want to tip they should get it themselves. As I also believe $1 per mile tip. Ex. 10 miles travel = $10 tip fair.
I tried the flat rate feature and every single time there was some problem that made me cancel orders, so the app reverted to regular rates. They sent me to closed restaurants or the order had been picked up by someone else.
When the restaurant has the driver come out to pick up an order that they either gave out fraudulently or ate themselves and blamed the other driver they have committed fraud against the driver’s time, but the driver still has to cancel right switch places with anybody in that scenario for example the driver picks up the food takes the money eats the food that’s fraud. In this case they have taken the drivers timeand made the driver canceled the contract that they weren’t willing to fulfill it. It’s fraud against the driver and pretty much illegal but the way that they handle it is they say would you like me to cancel for you and they hit a button and it says driver canceled
When Walmart sends 100 request an hour for orders, they can’t fulfill. It makes 100 drivers take a hit on the cancellation rate that is fraud against the driver. If they can’t fulfill the order they must pay.
Oh i have lots of gripes, suggestions! We should ALWAYS get compensation for closed store/undeliverable order. Change back the cancelation crap. I'm getting punished for closed stores, with my cancel rate going in the toilet for something out of my control? Even if it's a support cancel, my rate still goes up. That's insane! Give the ability to send pictures in a chat with the customer. We can do this on Doordash. If they dont come to the door, snap a pic and send through the chat. Doesn't make sense Uber doesnt offer this. The ability to switch delivery order. This one annoys me BAD. Customer A's food is getting cold in the car, while I'm waiting 20 minutes for customer B's food... because I have no ability to switch and deliver it and come back for the second order. This one makes my blood boil! You can switch on DD and GH. I'm sure I can think up more lol
In the case where you show up and they say another driver picked it up they make you cancel and then they count how many times you canceled for the fault in their system that cancel should count towards the restaurant and add up for them, not participating in the Uber community very well
Yeah I don't do shop and deliver. Way too much hassle. Stores often don't have what they ordered. And it usually just takes too much time and isn't worth it.
I want the option to stop going to specific places. my AR on UE is 3%, If they didnt send me pets smart offers that are 5 dollars for 30+ miles 20+ times in a row my AR would be so much higher. every day from 11am to around 12pm, it hounds drivers with so many super crappy pets smart offers. I HATE IT.
When part, a of a stacked order cancels you don’t know where you’re going for part B or how much you’re getting paid but you have to cancel both don’t you?
Uber’s business model is suck every bit of money out of every industry that they have disrupted. The only following conclusion would be that the customer who decides the whole deal be willing to pay for two or three times what it cost before Uber got their heads on it, the price goes up, and Uber grabs more.
This company sucks they make you drive too many miles for cheap money and they charge the customer a lot of money an Uber eats pay the drivers whatever they want it’s time to drivers speak up to any Aldermans or congressman on each city to put the new law like California the company has to pay at least $1.60 for mileage to each driver because this company doesn’t have control and most those cities in the country 😡
Second most popular? Here in Montreal Canada uber eats is used 80-90% compared to door dash 10-20%. I am not sure how is that even comparable. Probably for the USA I dont know.
I want to be able to turn off alcohol deliveries. I tried it a few times, but never been able to get out of it... even after calling support multiple times.
Why does a stacked order only show one delivery place? I can only see one delivery place in a stocked order. If the second place is somewhere, I don’t want to go. I have no way of knowing that. I can see they are close to each other, but that doesn’t matter because I might get stuck at a restaurant that is notorious for taking forever. That means the first customer suffers. Generally though I would like to see both restaurants stores, etc. listed.
I’ve been getting do good paying deliveries and often times when dash isn’t available but I’m keep track of when I get cheated on the tip. I’ll stop delivering for them if it happens with any frequency.
Additionally, why should the driver cancel that high paying order that never exist the $29 for 3 mile order you have to take a hit on the cancellation rate for that too don’t you?
Why do I have to do math while I’m driving right before I have to navigate to my last term visit it and add 2 miles to the trip while I’m considering while driving the next offer
How come all cancels route to driver canceled even if Support cancels for you it’s the driver sometimes they can say where the writer cancels but there needs to be a rider canceled and a shop or store canceled but for now all of those cancels go onto your cancellation rate don’t they
Offers that make you miss your turn and close the margin adding 2 miles to a trip or you can’t turn around after missing that turn have to go. How about give me five minutes to consider the trip.

I never work nights
Agree! I get so mad when people don’t put their light on!
@ShayleeOfficial I have turned around to see the customer turn on the light so they can see to come out and get their food.
I use to thank them for tips but I dont even think they care tbh
@@Brandon494 I still do every order although I was getting to much tip baiting from Walmart pick ups.
Uber Eats NEEDS to add a Handed to Customer in the LEAVE AT DOOR deliveries when the customer meets you for the order,
Yes. Generally I just type handed to customer in the box.
@Zgtrman58 I agree. I usually skip the photo and add handed to customer. Enjoy your food. Have a great day / night.
I take a photo of my hand handing to the customer's hand. Lol
Same here, sorry friend 😞
Mileage Threshold yes!! The 20+ mile orders are ridiculous.
I was literally talking with support for this today. I had 7 back to back orders in teo different driving days under not even cracking a dollar a mile. Tanked my acceptance rate all while being a "diamond" driver. insane

It's crazy to be loaded down with 5 dollar orders going 20+ miles.
I use my “Send thanks for tip” all the time. Whether the customer sees it or not, I like the idea that I get to say Thank you.

Absolutely, the planner tool needs to never be permanent. That thing is not a good improvement at all for us drivers
My ar is about 10%. No way I can do 30%. So far I have not seen this in my South Florida market

Just don’t ask when you call to recover s tip bait. Politely demand with phrasing like “Uber is REQUIRED to provide the amount that was agreed”. and “I agree with Uber’s explanation but it is inapplicable to me, the full amount agreed to is still due immediately.”
And if there’s ever a power struggle then politely disengage and call back
Oh and by the way I had one of those orders yesterday for Taco Bell picking up two different deliveries from the same store.
If they don't accept orders after 11:00 even though they're advertised as being open till 1:00 a.m. they either need to update their times or they need to be removed from the app.
why is there no ''im going home'' button. I don't mind accepting every order as long as I can get a order going home at the end
Yes more Quest/surge pay would be appreciated
same offer comes through sometimes THREE times after already declined it so thats whats destroying acceptance rate. If you have to decline the same offer mutiple times they really need to fix that. its just setting up for acceptance rate failure.
Lots of good ideas, hope Ubereats is listening. Would also be great to opt OUT of all deliveries below $5 too.
I got a $30 offer for a 30 minute run and they paid me in full and I managed to up my average that day by a lot!
I haven’t been able to increase my satisfaction rate from 93% to 95%. I’ve done over 200 deliveries since it went down and all of sudden no more customer ratings to increase it or make the old rating fall off.
I noticed that too, mine hasn't moved down or up in months
Yes! So here’s something that I’ve noticed. I’m over here in Austin, Texas. I’ve been driving Uber for almost 10 years on and off and in between jobs.
The times that I’ve tried to get my acceptance rate up I would have to drive all day excepting every single Uber ride just to see it only move 1%
Yet….
How about when the delivery is going to a business, the map shows business name. That’s for DD too.
They need to show you the items first on Shop and deliver like Shipt does.
Filter for stores- theres stores we know take a long time or for whatever reason we want to avoid a store
Ability to choose drop off sequence - sometimes ue makes us backtrack when we were already near the customer on a stack order, why make us go to the far customer first when we had a near customer that should of been dropped off first. At least gh and dd lets you choose your drop off sequence
Map zone filter for drop offs- we should be able to somehow highlight on the map where we DO NOT want to drop off an order, for instance not so nice areas of the city. Ue should make a way for us to filter areas in the city we simply dont wish to deliver at
These are great suggestions i hope ue makes
Basically a store filter, a drop off zone filter, and choosing the sequence of the drop offs.
When they say someone picked it up just continue to deliver take a pic of the door when you get there and you still get paid.
I always say thank you if I get the chance.
I learned when i get high Offer especially at McDonald's i call the restaurant first
Same here
Good luck getting a busy McDonald's to answer the phone. It has never worked for me.
In my market trip radar is pretty good. I get a lot of 1 mile 5-8$ orders there. Typically my exclusive offers are equally hit or miss but tend to have a little more mileage on them. Also i usually win on the trip radar too but really awful orders will immediately get picked by someone else
These aren't tips, these are things you're wishing they would. I could name a lot of things
Uber eats needs to show what items are on shop & pay orders before accepting. Ive had to buy lube and preservatives 😅😆
Something similar I did too 😓
I use the tip button
Was trip baited to walmart twice now. The latest one was fopr about 25 bucks for around 7 miles of driving. I get there check in and get a second pickup offer for the same location and ads 13 bucks on. Ok! I accept. I wait......................both get cancelled at the exact same time after waiting 15 minutes for nothing.
I’ve been dealing with a lot of cancellations at the last minute from Walmart.
I had a very high paying offer of $74.64 for 21.84 miles. I was skeptical but accepted it anyway. It ended up being $65.10 for the fare and $9.54 tip that paid out as advertised. Those huge offers are often lies but occasionally they pay off big.
It’s a gamble…but you hit the lottery that day.
The glitch is aggravating! I’ve learned not to take big orders. My uber shows me who tips what on stacked orders, that’s in the last week or so!
Minneapolis had hourly pay usually 18 to 20 dollar flat rate plus tips.
I’m just a noob, but I use the THANKS FOR THE TIP button on every trip. When I start adding zeros on the end of my delivery number, I’ll probably be less enthusiastic about it.
I do it regardless. It only takes a few mins to scroll through and tap the button. Even if I did 40 trips in a single day
I wish they’d stop sending new orders when I’m in the middle of taking a photo to complete an order! Have to start all over! The other night it happened like 10 times in a row and I was trying not to have them have their food all cold
They need to add satellite view like doordash has for the internal navigation.
I would love heat maps
Sadly I see it as the customer not tipping. There should be an incentive for the customer to tip more if they want their food.
@@SpaceSick888something along the lines of, tip better or we may or may not throw your food in the dumpster 😂
I won’t deliver downtown Minneapolis. I did that a couple times it was the worst.
What about a feature where you tell uber the time you’re going to stop driving and have them send you your last delivery close to your home.
I agree with everything
Option to turn off having delivery instructions read aloud.
Option to turn off short cut text messages pop-up.
New orders that arrive while delivering current order places the accept offer button somewhere other than where the take photo button is located.
Option to reject all offers from certain businesses (Sephora, Office Depot, Walmart, Apple, etc)
Option for custom geofencing.
Yup the store filter and drop off zone filter is a must, also they should let us choose the drop off sequence like dd and gh lets you. And I also agree too that the camera button should not be on the same place the new offers show up on the screen so we dont accidentally accept an offer while in the middle of taking the picture
Flat rates in Florida ranges from $13 up to $15 on uber eats
If exclusive at high paying offers that are coming through if they think that that’s high paying, I’m frightened to think what they think is normal pay because they’re exclusive pay won’t even pay for your brakes if you’re doing the work yourself
Uber will purposely cover the screen at dangerous turns in Hope's you accept on accident also while texting and while taking the photo this app is wild
😅 yes it very annoying, I was about to finish a delivery by taking a picture then the next order pop up and I had to redo it again.
How about being able to see the delivery address during the pickup?
We don’t have Preferred delivery here in the Twin Cities. I am currently Platinum but it doesn’t matter what the ar is
I did active pay at home 3 hrs and never got 1 order never got paid. I send thanks for the tip every order. I fell for you city drivers I could never do it.
I really don't know why companies like Uber don't hire people like you
I have an issue quite often when the map takes me to the resident only gate and sometimes have to find where the main entrance is for these super large communities. this will occasionally count towards me having a late drop off, hurting my stats.
In cali cancelations are insane and order stealing because there are a lot of people buying accouts here sounds crazy but ive witnessed it unfortunately and experienced it. My issue is regardless of type of cancellation it affects your ratings which if its the store or customer or the order was picked up or restaurant is closed should not affect your rating
Im not sure that the tip heat map would be helpful like i said cali has a lot of order stealing and people waiting in front of restaurants to the point you won't get orders there and that is because of the money heat map a tip one would be worse.
Delivery warnings for crossing bridges over Rivers. Crossing the Mississippi River isn't an easy run.
Ive been tip baited a few times on UE
I tried multi-apping with Uber yesterday, and I couldn't help but laugh and laugh. It wanted me to travel 15 miles to get to a location and pick up, then deliver more miles. The prices were always way less than the miles. Insane. Is there another payment method I'm missing here? Denied order after order because of it.
I am getting ready to stop using Uber eats lol
Try calling restaurant
Mike been diamond status or have aceptance rate above 90% , do you going to get better offerts???
Offerts? Dude.😂
One time they send me order that restaurant does not affiliate with Uber eats. It's crazy.
I love the thanks button so if someone tips 0.50$ or $1 I’ll send them a thank you at 1am hopefully they’re notifications are on 😂😂
Flat rates are useless. Usually only offers for an hour or so. If that.
I HATE IT.
Mike what do you know about the companies supposedly have to be more transparent starting Jan 1st because of a Colorado judge ruling
When part, a of a stacked order cancels you don’t know where you’re going for part B or how much you’re getting paid but you have to cancel both don’t you?
Your suggestions to improve the driver experience go against the goals of Uber to make it worse.
Uber’s business model is suck every bit of money out of every industry that they have disrupted. The only following conclusion would be that the customer who decides the whole deal be willing to pay for two or three times what it cost before Uber got their heads on it, the price goes up, and Uber grabs more.
We have flat rates where I am in Florida. You have to sign up for it. I tried it twice and did not get any orders both times 🤦♀️
Stop requiring so many customers to have PIN's, it completely kills my efficiency waiting for the customer to come to the door and provide a PIN.
Mike there is never going to be a filter for shop counts. Lol
Does any one have any ideas why after 9.00 pm my google map goes black .
Uber Eats in my area sucks, they won’t give you good tips… they will leave 5 dll tip on a 10-15 mile trip 😅
Why do I have to do math while I’m driving right before I have to navigate to my last term visit it and add 2 miles to the trip while I’m considering while driving the next offer
How come all cancels route to driver canceled even if Support cancels for you it’s the driver sometimes they can say where the writer cancels but there needs to be a rider canceled and a shop or store canceled but for now all of those cancels go onto your cancellation rate don’t they
You cant dash anytime you want on doordash
I can't get into Uber eats keeps saying something about no store location or something idk what to do about it
I got a high offer today n when I went it was not in the restaurant log
Dude we could compare Uber notes and pay statements from 2016 to 2024. Rules, app updates, ratings requirements. WHAT HAS HAPPENED lol :(
Offers that make you miss your turn and close the margin adding 2 miles to a trip or you can’t turn around after missing that turn have to go. How about give me five minutes to consider the trip.
