Zverev is in his prime now. He's mentally much tougher and his game is really together. He's taking the tough losses much better. If he hangs in there he could win 2 or 3 slams, a bit like maybe Wawrinka did. I see him ahead of Medvedev or Tsitsipas as the alternatives to Alcaraz, Sinner and, oh yes of course, Djokovic.

Bro zverev is obviously able to challenge these guys and so can djokovic. Also Medvedev on hard courts. Rune hasn't shown enough for him to deserve that kind of praise. He's good on fast courts, but hasn't proven himself on any other courts, even medium fast hard courts.
Zverev not going after every Sinner shot is a mistake. You have to play Sinner to the very end and keep all the balls in play. If you give Sinner room, he will crush you.

It's amazing to see him play. The level of the semis was out of this world. Cincinnati has been one of the most competitive tournaments of the year.

Sinner hasn't played that well since he was 1st. Notice he has problems with the press. He should win so easily here. 6-3 6-4. There is nothing the German is better at and yet it will be even. The press makes him have a hard time. I hope in time this will turn around as no one is anywhere near Sinner's best level.
