For some laptops kindly press FN + Space key

See my laptop when i turn it on for one second the keyboard will backlight and turn off and will stay turned off, so it technically should but can't find any setting or anything to enable it 😑
@@cristinamintas3462 search how to turn it on or search the problem on the internet on how to fix it but I'm pretty sure you already did that so you could do a factory reset but if u do then make sure everything is backed up by cloud or anything similar to that and if all else fails then it's probably because your laptop is broken

On my Acer Aspire A515-43, it's the Microsoft command key + the key where F8 is on (that key has an icon that has a square with the letter A in it and something resembling sun rays expanding from it. Just like a keyboard key and rays of light.)

did not solve my problem, brand new only works in day and not in night when i actually need it
the command to turn it on is fn (function) and the f10 key or it might be the f2 key it depends. If it does not work then make sure to press fn+escape to reactivate the functions and then if u do it again it should work

My laptop is lenovo ideapad 330. My laptop has a backlight but ever since I reclaimed my laptop from fixing its LCD I tried pressing it the first time and it worked but it was blinking then I pressed the button again (Fn + Spacebar) it doesn't turn on anymore. Do I replace my keyboard or just fix it in the software? Because I went to mobility center, I didn't have the option...

If you have a f key to turn on backlight, but it doesn't work, try this: Hold down the function key and then press the f key.

If the f5 or f2 key at the top of your keyboard has a different looking "design" I don't know what to call it but if it looks different it probably is but if it doesn't then it does not

Does resetting PC restore those manufacturer custom apps if they were previously deleted/uninstalled?
First thing that u can't uninstall the apps which can't be recovered or downloaded online then why would you reset your pc and lose all data?

On the AK666 it's Fn PgUp, really wish there was a way to get windows to auto turn it back on after sleep, didn't have the problem in Windows 7.

yall if you use the pavillion it won't work fyi, you'll need your own led light ig, idrk but what i know is that the hp pavilion does not have the backlit keyboard (ill probably edit this when i find out what other laptops dont have a keyboard light)

Very interesting clip. I don't have a backlit keyboard on my laptop model, but could I replace it with a backlit one? I mean if the illuminated one could be connected to any power source inside the laptop. My keyboard only has some stickers, no cut out letters.
