Thanks Zee for explaining the aspect of the Ninja game where you don’t have to lie or be the traitor or be stuck on one team - I find those aspects of lots of popular party games really difficult, so it’s cool to know of a game of that vibe without those elements to the extent that Werewolf etc do.
I own 8 of the 12 games on your list (only missing Fun Facts, Stay Cool, Stella, and H2H Wombat), and I would second every choice. I think Ready Set Bet might be my favorite game of 2022.
Telestretations has been our goto game for more than 10 years and never fails. Can play from 6 y o (as soon as they can read) to my mom who usually hates games. I've introduced it to tons of people who went to by it. We don't count points and just have a good laugh at the end at watching the "streams" of drawing-guesses. We don't use the cards and do our own "secret word(s)": famous people, expressions, objects, songs... How many good pee-in-your-pants laughs! Everytime. I don't get why it's not more known. Maybe a bad name. Only set back is that you need to be 6 minimum for it to be really fun. We played it up to 12. Hilarious.
Green Team! Thank you so much for including it on your list. Happy holidays everyone! - chad

Half Truth trivia game by Richard Garfield and Ken Jennings
Ready, Set, Bet is really fun. I want to try Green Team Wins, not on my list, but hopefully someone I know will get a copy!
Poetry for Neanderthals looks hilarious! Thanks Chris, defs checking this one out :)
I’d add Sounds Fishy, Last Message, Doodle Dash, and Blood on the Clocktower! :)
Love this whole series of videos, it's nice to see some options after not keeping up with board games this year.
I've chosen Poetry for Neanderthals as our new party game this year but Hand to Hand Wombat and Ready Set Bet might sneak in somewhere too!
Just One or Detective Club are our go-to party games.

I think Stay Cool would be very group dependent.
Thanks!
Haven't played/heard of most of these
Love the unsanta hat.
Really love wavelenght , fun fact is cool to
I enjoy Wavelength too. It has even been fun to play online.
The one game that just doesn’t click with people I’ve introduced it to. YMMV
"Stay cool" aka anxiety the party game.
For future years, I prefer group discussion about the staff's picks. Blindly following a staff member's endorsement is too risky.
Hues and Cues is a hard pass from me. Game gets really repetitive really quickly. Oh someone said Banana for the 18th time i wonder what color that is
