From the late 60s till the end of the 70s I have a mockingbird that awoke between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. this bird eventually had a repertoire of 23 different sounds Lynchburg police sirens and car alarms.
Officer Bird 🐦
Now Judge Judy is comming, too 😅
Birds 🐦 🐦⬛ are amazing. My Mom had a parakeet that I taught to say, " Hey, Bird."
And every time when I would come over, the Bird would say, " Hey Bird." 😂🐦
😂😂😂
Your Mom was secretly dating Larry Bird and he and Larry were tight like that.
My mom used to call everyone strange birds. She was so hilarious, and she didn't even know it. Always singing funny little ditties or making up names for people we would see while we were out.
Missing you, Mom 😊🎉❤
@@lorimiller4301It sounds like you have some great memories of your Mom and remember her fondly. Thank you for sharing and keep her alive through your memories and sharing. You never know when what you say actually brings comfort to others.
I showed your post to an aquintence who recently lost someone very close to them to show them that one day, they will be able to remember and share the good things about or the good times they had experienced with that individual. They said it was just what they needed to hear and be reminded of to get them through the pain they were feeling at that moment. Again, thank you for sharing with us and those that need to hear your message. ❤❤
Wow that bird must live where there are lots of sirens for it to start copying it 😮and what a great job it is doing 👏🏻
Birds can imitate coughs and sneezes too. We have a mockingbird that will even do a cat.
I wondered?? 🙂🙂 USA.
Birds who can imitate certain sounds are quite amazing and have good listening skills too!
Imagine Living there in the neighbourhood.
At least it would be a drug free . Crime free zone
I'd go bonkers listening to that!!! 😂I wonder what kind of bird it is? I would guess a mockingbird, but it doesn't look like any I have seen.
@@lizwatson3876 Starling, probably.
If only you knew...
It's literally right overtop the parking of 4 police cars. Safe to say a building is nearby for cops
Praise the Lord
Feed the bird good. He’s talented 🤣
That's just too cute! 🐦😙🚔
Now if we could train these birds to sit on top of the police cars we probably save a lot of money on lights and sirens😅
Birds aren't real.
Amazing. You just have to stop being angry and remember we are here to love appreciate and steward.
The local dealer taught the bird to alert him when the police were approaching.
I wouldn't doubt it cuz some gangsters can train pigeons to do a call if the police are around.
Ha ha funny😂😂
Ha ha😂😂
It's a Starling in the UK. They have a habit of copying sounds in their environment and given this is an urban UK area, I know for sure it's this bird. If you watch them closely on a wet day, they put their head to the ground before digging with their beak to look for food. They're a pretty common bird and the male and female are easily distinguishable. Happy bird hunting ❤️
Yes. It is a starling.
Ha Ha Ha That's pretty funny, Good sense of humor
In California, we call them Mockingbirds; the array of sounds they imitate are amazing, INCLUDING police, ambulance and fire sirens. I’ve even heard them calling “Here, here, here”……hope a cat doesn’t respond! 😂
They can also imitate bald eagles!
The bird doesn’t sound like European emergency sirens . It sounds more like American sirens. JMO
Goes to show you how much that bird have heard sirens throughout their journey 😎
So awesome! Love ❤️ it!! Love birds when I hear them singing!!!🐦🎶
BIRDS ARE BRILLIANT!!
#some
Some are bird brains.
T@@carlosgil4248two sayings have little to no basis in reality:
1. to eat like a bird"... Actually, the from ratio in mass of what the bird eats to its own size, a bird eats a rather large quantity.
2. "bird brain"... Considering the small size of their brains, birds have much know -how, & memory too.
@@Yahyia-cv3sx I know they are smart. I was just being sarcastic. A little humor if you will. This world needs it.
Flying ones yeah 😅
She's just trying to fit in , bless her
Bird has to move to a safer area.
Poor thing probably hear the sirens go off so often that it thinks the sirens are a new breed of bird!! 😅😅😅😅
Conures are not known for their ability to mimic. I had one that mimicked the fire alarm low battery signal, causing me to change the batteries three times. I thought the first two were too old so bought a new battery. The beep beep started up as soon as I went to bed. I crept downstairs and caught the little troublemaker! She also learned to mimic the dishwasher wash cycle. She was a cool little bird.
One use to imitate my alarm clock very annoying on your day off. Xxxxxx❤❤❤❤❤😅
LMAO! Sweet ❤
Birds: Chirp chirp
This bird: 🚨🚓🚨🚓🚨🚓
This bird would be arrested in India for imitating the Police, they have taken into custody a pigeon for spying in the past.
absolutely zero officers were confused - the title was ok without adding a lie
Really? Maybe just split second confused?
Nah, you don’t know.
Let's sue ABC news.
They have heard it so many times that they are mimicking and even trying to communicate with us. This confirms intelligence and our oneness with all species on this planet.
Now that's the kind of bird I want in my neighborhood 😅
Is that what you call a Jail Bird?! 😂 This is so cute!!!🥰🥰🥰
Comment wasted LOL😅😅😂
I bet you everyone hearing that in the street were cautious
My parakeet would whistle for our dog and drive him crazy.
Real life Mockingjay😂
That's crazy can you imagine what the other birds are thinking "I think the dude party a little too hard last night confusing human police sirens for love making calls"😂😂😂🐦
That made me smile!
I had a bungee that was raised with a cockatiel and was told they can’t talk and she imitated a lot of words and can talk a perfect R2-D2 😂
Side bird note: Crows are as smart as a seven year old.
This birds in love with an ambulance driver
Wow! Even the birds are shell shocked from all the sirens 🚨
That's a very good impersonation, & utterly hilarious.
If you’ve never seen the 3 minute long video of the Lyre bird featuring David Attenborough you really should look it up here on RUclips.
When the bird imitates a motorized camera and then a chainsaw it’s … absolutely jaw dropping.
Here in Florida , I live in a medium sized city four blocks from the police , fire , and tescue departments in the city center . A mockingbird greeted me every morning as my alarm clock with all three of the different sirens that he would imitate perfectly . I miss that bird ❤
I had a husky that would howl along while emergency vehicles drove by.
I heard about birds that were able to hear and imitate garage door openers.
Just waiting for the police siren bird and the howling huskies to duet 😂
we had a blackbird near us, who perfectly imitated phone ringtones :D
Somebody is listening ...
So take note...and listen.
For they teach us.❤
..all the stars that I see.
Are the ones that we seek.
Ur a dreamer.. so tell us..
What we wanna know
That's not a Bird. It's a Detective!
Flintstones would have this bird in a little wooden cage on their police cars.
We have the same type of birds in the USA. They are called mockingbirds. Thank God, they don't mock police sirens.
Birds is one of the smartest creatures of this planet they have dinosaur dna
🐦 Birds. Good
Love birds
I remeber the birds in Italy imitating cellphone ringing....🤣🤣
Starling. They can talk, too.
That's so amazing birds can imitate any sound there beautiful 😇
It’s a blackbird, he reverts back to his usually song right at the end,
Cutie pie birds
This bird is still waiting for the mysterious potential mate who sings this song, to finally show up.
Awesome Starling.
I have heard a Mockingbird in Texas mimic a car alarm.
That bird has seen a lot for sure lol
And I thought our Mocking birds were clever 😂
Brings me back to the Flintstones days 🐦🚨
When I was a kid we had a parrot that would say 'who is it' when someone knocked at the door. People won't leave bc they thought someone was there 🤦♀️😂
Why did the Flintstones come to mind? Lol a picture of Fred and Barney with a Pterodactyl on top squalling down the road instantly popped into my head
The bird seems to have learned to associate the sound with the cop car.
a Texas mockingbird can make some awesome sounds when provoked!!!
So great! So funny! Love the birds!
How funny 🤣!!! Birds are so incredible. Thanks for sharing this video. It made me lol.
Lmao I love him. They must adopt him and make him the chief of police
He’d do a better job
It's England. They don't say Chief of police.
Every time there’s a call…
Officer: what is it chief!
Chief: cop siren chirping!
Officer: we’re on! They are going down!
3 months later…
News: crime is non existent thanks to the help of a police chief with an unorthodox way with words... He will now give us his thoughts live!
Chief: cop siren chirping
Audience: what a patriotic hero to this nation….i love this country! God bless all! While crying and saluting the flag. 😂
Birds rock! 🤘 Period! 😂 I have 4. 🦜🦜🦜🦜
Bad birds, bad birds, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha you gonna do when the cops come for you?
That’s so funny! Birds are awesome ❤
Crows are in the macaw family able to mimic sounds
We had a blue jay imitate a dang red tail hawk cry, another a carlock beep beep sound!
That is too funny. I wonder what kind of bird that is. Is it a jailbird?
Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes of mine... "There is nothing more contagious than behavior.'😮😂
His name is Michael Windslow
I'm pretty sure that the cops were already confused
How clever birds are!
He became a jailbird for impersonating a police car.
If they are confused by a bird I don't think they should be cops
Of course , why not ? They áre police birds guarding their neighborhood .
You think thats good ?
Wait until you see his flashing blue lights !!😃
Bird be spendin' too much time in da ghet-to.
I heard a mocking bird imitate a "federal" system after a police/fire truck in the early nineties.
That’s the new X 24 Police bird
It has a camera in it it really does it’s a drone that looks like a bird the way Police spy on you
The Flying Squad... 🤷♂️
Every time im in the streets, all i hear is ..... 🎶 🎵 🎶 🎵
Way cute!
This is so cool, I'm obsessed.
YES!!!!!! NATURE
Mocking bird! They are so funny!😂
This bird is a European Male Blackbird, listen to the phrase it sings at the end!
Lmao one of those birds tried to shut him up. Animals are amazing.
My Dad told me a story that years ago his favourite pub had a parrot. And they taught it to swear. So whenever someone came in the pub, the parrot would say "f*** off". That's typical of his sense of humour LOL.
Thats cute 🥰
I have seen and heard the exact same thing and thought I had lost it WOW!
Awww I love this! 😂❤❤❤
😂 amazing nature!!!❤
Apparently came from a busy city.
This Is What Let's Me Know, Their Is a God, That Created, All These Beautiful Creatures!!!!!!!
I remember in the 80s when the mockingbirds in southern CA were all making the sounds of car alarms because there were car alarms blaring everywhere constantly.
