Mate a dealership near me sells a CBR1000 2008 MODEL for under 4k
It seems good but its just very old so i may not get it what do you think?
How many miles? I've heard some of them can be oil burners but have not experienced it myself. I love mine. It has a slipper clutch and electronic steering dampener. All the tech you really need. I have a couple other upgrades and I wouldn't trade it for anything newer, at least not for a while.

Miles well it's very rough they can easily reset it in Asia it's not trustworthy
But I'd assume it's probably been through some abuse considering how we ride hell I've seen people ride their sport bikes in mud and deep puddles rural areas I mean
