Apart from the first scene, every one of these should've been left in since most are just character development, especially the ones with Owen and Claire. I think the ACU, camo reveal on site works better in building suspense than that first one
I think the first one could've stayed after the camoflauge reveal and then right before the Masrani and Wu scene, have that there, could make sense to add more to it and a better lead up, but depends on preference. Every scene here can work
That scene behind the log, which I assume comes directly after they run from the remains of the original Jurassic Park building, absolutely should've been left in. The claustrophobic tension and fear in it is better than anything else in the movie. It's brilliantly well acted by both leads but especially Bryce who just looks freaking terrified. The dino shit scene should have remained in as it lent depth to both their characters, and their views of humanity...and the actual shit scene was both spot on as a survival technique and genuinely amusing. All the scenes in fact bar the boys, which didn't lend much to anything, should've been left in.
I believe showing intimacy between siblings is key due to the fact yeah they might disagree 98 percent of the time in on point they show their true affection in times of danger

They shouldn't have deleted any Claire and Owen's scenes :'( Their love storie was the best of the saga and one of the most atractive part of the movie and with this scenes it would have been even more awesome D'':

So far the scenes I like is the first part since its dark and sinister about the Indominus Rex being able to hide from the thermal cameras. Plus the way she camouflaged into the trees is creepy asf nd also the sound it made when it turned invisible gave me chills. The second best scene was when Owen and Claire hiding next to the log. I like how the footsteps echo with a loud boom, creating a much darker effect. Plus her roar and sounds effects is so scary asf. If I was there, my heart wud be beating really fast nd I'd be like "oh shit" as the I-Rex wud hear it nd find me. Therefore, Colin Trevorrow sure did a good job on those 2 deleted scenes scary enough to frighten ppl.

Some of these I don't know why they were cut. Some I get like the shit scene probably being too grim or the three hybrids due to Spielberg's dislike of CGI and lessening the menace of the Indominus if it's not unique but why was the first scene cut? Best guess is for time or because it ultimately impacts nothing so would feel like padding.

The original jurrasic world is fine but some of these scenes should be in the movie as it makes the story more "whole". Well except for the poop scene and hoskins flying away in helicopter
