I did love this deck. I felt it was a little more fun to play (though not as good) in 2012 after the introduction of Atum letting you grab REDMD from the deck, then using its effect, then bouncing the REDMD for zephyros, summoning the REDMD again. There was a lot of cool lines of play their. I remember around this time seeing some versions of this play REDMD. Can't remember if that route was overwhelming popular but I guess it allowed for higher damage output and maybe some other nice plays. Love the profiles as always! Can't wait to see the next one!!
Thanks for profiling this! Probably my favorite archetype of all time. It was the first deck where I actually splashed some money for singles, Vajrayana was quite expensive for a super, as you mentioned :D
Also relevant to note: Dragon's Ravine is not a hard once per turn, though I can't imagine that most lines of play would want to go through multiple Ravines in one turn
If there was a way to summon formula synchron then u could synch with stardust into shooting star dragon. 3300 body so machina fortress can muscle thru

I never understood why so many people didn't play 1 Leyvaten
One of the problems of stardust is the same as shi en, machina fortress can crash into it then pop another card(dragon ravine vs dragunity)

Since activating a new field spell destroyed any other on the field was it possible to stardust negate it?
No, the destruction was due to a game mechanic. Still counts as destruction but yea cant be negated by Stardust.
Wasnt Gae Dearg available as well? Or was it not very good in this version of dragunity?
it was played with Baby Roc later on when Atum made it possible to recycle Gae Dearg via REDMD
