they just said they wanted to make a movie of until dawn but not have retold the same perfect story as the game so that means new characters new story new ways to die and i do believe there is a wendigo in it
Very interesting video! I do find it so weird how they've gone for this Happy Death Day concept when Until Dawn is about not being able to fix our mistakes. They claim to be fans of the game but this is butchering the title beyond belief. They've certainly missed the mark here. - Liam
i hate when people say a movie is going to suck based on a two minute trailer that your not even watching ithis is like a behind the scenes trailer with barely any scenes and it doesnt have to be the same story to be a good film if they did the twilight movies, happy potter movies or the hunger games movies exactly like the books then what is the points of watching the movies just read the books
People are going to compare this way more to happy death day than the actual game itself 😂 couldn’t just learn from the last of us show had to go off and do its own thing and it’ll fail like all game movies do that have strayed from the path of the games narrative
We have every right to criticize a film that is clearly just using the Until Dawn IP to boost its marketing without using any aspects of the original game. They desperately try to tie it to the original game with the time loop but that isnt even accurate. In the game if a character dies then they stay dead. Only way to reverse it is to restart the game all together which is a mechanic in literally every game ever.

And fail because they go away from what made the game the actual game they literally took a b horror movie and just slapped until dawn as the title
