I have a Deebot now and i would like this as my next one. ITs quite durable. Even if i risk giving a chinese company access and controll over my home network 😄
Had mine for 3 weeks now, Mopping is good,, my issue: maps is junk, there is currently one Siri shortcut, Cat hair pickup on carpet extra junk, the robot also sucks at getting out of SUPER easy locations, cant edit carpet size or location, Yiko is poor hearing other accents, their customer service is poor, the app constantly times our or freezes. Honestly, I'm waiting for an RA I requested to return.. Oh and wont resume unfinished cleaning even when back to 100%
@@LimReviewsX2 is trash on thic carpets i got it and now am stuck with it its past the return date the shark matrix is way better ecovac software is bad the x2 never seems to find its station evem tho its 5 inchs infront of it and when it does it never manages to get inside and on my carpets in the garage it doesnt even move it keeeps saying the antidrop sensors are dirty please clean them evem tho their clean contacted ecovac numereous times they couldnt resolve any of my isssues but the matrix one didnt hwve any kf these and is also a third of the price it needs major spftware updates and maybe hardware updates and fs better clstumer service biggest waste of money
So long as using the app is highly dependent on its china server, I will not buy it. I am the owber of X1 Omni You can not control your Wcovacs Deebot if you cannot access its app. And loadijg its app is highly dependent on its server and Ecovacs server is always overloaded! Rendering the robot useless! Ecovacs better upgrade its server config and bandwidth!

Sorry to hear about your experience. I suspect your unit might have issues with the LIDAR and might be better to revert to customer service.

I've always wondered why every company just copied the circular shape design flaw.
Does the bot itself have a water tank,or does it just dampen the pads at the base station?
It has a reservoir inside the robot, to keep the pads moistened through the entire mopping cycle
Nice robot. Seems similar pricing to the Dreame L20 Ultra. Not sure which is better but my Roborock is about to die and I need to get a new robot 😅

Other than square shape what the diff with x1? I heard x1 many issues previously with detection, always eat cables..
The tracking is now much more improved. It can detect even chair legs properly, and doesnt suck up cables.
How big is the water tank? need to change everyday or few days?
Change once per week for me based on 3 cleaning days.

Wont stuck nowadays robot vacuum all can handle hair very well already haha.
Mopping the traditional way is a good exercise for a lot of us so I will give this product a miss 😅.
