I love the work of Flora Yukhnovich ! Thank for this vidéo and the great dialogue between the artist and Katy Hessel.
I’m a fan of Lee Krasner as well. However, the pre-drip work of Jackson Pollock is everything Lee aspired to but better. Sorry, angry feminists, but compare Pollock’s Gothic or the Peggy Guggenheim mural to the best of Lee’s work.
Flora exceeded Krasner and makes exciting work. Flora’s recent work is on par with the best of Abstract Expressionism
