I have no idea what it was other than some kind of mountain side stabilization but it did appear to be very substantial. First sight I was thinking it was some kind of secretive bunker (vivid imagination) and was expecting to see a door way or something leading into the mountain side close up but nope, nothing. Weird. 👍
