I like the one with the rope! It looks as though he’s the hangman helping his human get justice for something or another. This EO just needs his John Wayne eye patch!
I come to the conclusion with research and found the exact breed of that owl and the small owl next to it. I searched through the list of over 250 owl species. the small owl is a Ninox Boobook/Southern Boobook. the owl with the wings out is what I believe to be a striped owl. hope this helps!
The person who kept teasing that owl while it was trying to purge a pellet, is beyond crewel. They should have freedom in the first place, but if are going to own one, at least give it the same care and love that's due ANY living creature. If you value your eyeballs you would anyway.
And toward the beginning when they kept shoving the camera in the owl's face to get it mad and it kept pecking the lens! What do you think it's going to do? It wasn't funny. Try shoving a camera in someone else's face clear up into their eye/direct line of sight and see how mad they get! This is irritating. I couldn't even watch this whole video, it upset my stomach.
In reference to all the comments regarding the captivity of these beautiful creatures, it’s quite understandable that they have been removed from their original habitat, thus exposing them to unnatural surroundings. However, these animals have obviously adapted well to a domestic situation displaying trust and contentment. After all, people do keep parrots, parakeets, cockatiels, finches and various other bird species . These owls appear to be uncaged and have free reign of the household.
Finally someone says something about those comments. I really avoid even looking at the comments anymore because there are always a lot of people complaining, they are partly right, but those animals have not been harmed or mistreated
As someone who enjoys watching owls enjoying being with their owners, though, you can tell. And there's a lot of bad owners in this video. Like shoving a camera in their face even as they try to peck at it? Of course the owl's getting mad. Tieing the owl's legs up? I shouldn't even need to point out how much they seem to hate that. Some are even biting their owners, which yes, is visually distinct from preening. At least most of what the algorithm brings me is good
Note: The great horned owl is the most aggressive owl breed. You can see when you get near the owl with the camera it will hit it and make noises. this is why you don't approach the great horned owl UNLESS the owl is wounded and in need of rescue by professionals who know what they are doing.
Precisamos interagir mais estreitamente com os animais e dedicá-los muito afeto. Eles então perderão o medo natural de nós e Conviverão conosco como convivem com os de sua própria espécie.
It's hurt me so much, why, really why...how will u feel about, if someone do it to u!!! And at first to say: birds are flying!!!! Don't keep it in cage!!! Second: even if u want to rescue an animal, don't keep it like that... and Don't judge!!!!!!!!!!
It’s act cruel keeping these valiant birds of prey captive. And as far getting fingers & kids close to their talons & beaks… ARE YOU NUTS??? If you really believe this bird loves you and wants to be kept, take the leash/tie off and open the window or door!!!
Seems like inherent optimism bias and terror management theory will always help regardless of ideologies such as antinatalism based on consent and efilism.
These owls are Adorable but they be shouldn’t kept as pets. I have owls around my house. I go outside to see them. The look at me. I don’t feed them. This is wrong. They are birds of prey. They keep the rodent population low. They are awesome but they are not pets.
It depends on a number of factors. Such as the bird's temperament and how it's treated. Some of these are visibly peeved by their owners, but if they're happy and healthy, it isn't as big a deal
As humans, we cannot even comprehend just how adorable owls are.
Great horned owls are my favorite!🤎🧡

4:40 Damn I didn't know that a short/long eared owl's wings were THAT long.

@@trinitylauren8457yeah, I enjoy watching owls that seem to enjoy life with their owners, but this video isn't that

Is this an Owl Rescue Org?

owl laugh
🤔😂👍
poor little guy who flew into the mirror then landed in the bathtub.

Music too loud and obnoxious. Owls sound great on their own, no need for cringeworthy pop shit.

Those wonderful creatures in captivity, - it's a shame...😢
They might be there for a reason. There are owls that need the help of humans or are even imprinted with the humans they are in their care
ich liebe Eulen, aber bitte sperrt sie niemals ein!!!

The awful music every minute just ruins the video that's suppose to be showing off owls. Not your awful taste in music.
Owls, cool birds but very lousy pets.
It’s act cruel keeping these valiant birds of prey captive. And as far getting fingers & kids close to their talons & beaks… ARE YOU NUTS??? If you really believe this bird loves you and wants to be kept, take the leash/tie off and open the window or door!!!
Agree they should be free or in a sanctuary with trained staff
Why???? Shame
Cringe
You want the bird to fly away?
You don't know if they are being rehabilitated or if there is a situation where they can't be released
Isn’t MOTHER NATURE incredible.

OWLS ARE NOT PETS !!!!!! THESE BEAUTIFUL BIRDS BELONG IN THE WILD !! NOT FUNNY, BUT STUPID .
These birds are NOT pets! They are birds of prey. Sure can't have them in texas!
Not cool to have animals like these as pets.
