I recently became an insider I can actually see my purchase history of everything I bought prior to be an insider and it shows what I got from the outlet as well that surprised me but u get first dibs on sale items.

This looks exactly like the Coach store in KC-lived there for the last 15 years until December 2021 moved to Texas for my husband’s job but I miss it terribly 😢-such beautiful bags love them all❤❤❤

I have experience superb service at the coach store located in Sacramento ca Arden mall , friendly , courteous and most important amazing customer service ! Coach is doing things right unlike some high end luxury handbag designers with French names

In my opinion is is a heavier bag to carry compared to the totes and other larger handbags Coach makes.
