"2024 is going to be so boring" there has never been a better time to start a new save file for MHW or Rise, or any other MH game, they are all awesome. Maybe learn a weapon you've never tried before or a weapon you don't have a ton of hours playing with
if you want something different and a bit more technical try charge blade, it will need some practice to fully learn all the moves. Or have you ever tried support? hunting horn is very different too, playing songs to buff people and using the wide range skill to heal your team almost guarantees you will hardly every fail a hunt again, even when your grouped up with those types of people that get hit a lot. hunting horn is quite slow though especially compared to something like dual blades.
I’m so excited honestly, I bet the new mount is a type of palamute or something, and there are different ones that offer different traversal benefits like how palicos have different types like healing and gathering.

I wouldn't about 2024 being barren, Capcom will likely give us something to snack on in the meantime(I REALLY HOPE for MHS3).
