- After having this Charge Point installed in our garage, we've been really happy with how easy this EV Charger is to use.

👍 good
Thanks!
This looks great! Thanks so much for posting. What did it cost to install?
Hi! I'm considering installing this in my shared underground garage.
1) does it have bluetooth capability? my wifi is pretty far from my parking spot
2) when it's plugged in, can you lock it so no one can physically unplug the charger from the car?
3) can you set up the app where it charges multiple individuals for the kwh usage, and grant permissions on the app?
Hi! 1. I think it does require wifi, but maybe you can connect it a hot spot through your phone??? I'm not sure though. You should contact customer support
2. When your car is locked, the charger is locked into your car. No one can remove it.
3. They sell a version of the chargepoint for businesses. Contact them to see what they suggest if you're wanting to allow neighbors to pay to use your chargepoint.
@@AbbottsAtHome-Reviewsthank you!!
Charger works great but the phone app sucks . Can’t schedule by the day, only weekends or weekdays. Lazy app
Thanks for sharing. I'm guessing the work around is to just schedule for 9pm on weekdays (for example), but only plug in on the nights when you actually want to charge.
I use the built in charging schedule on my Model Y. Works perfectly.
