    "Getting kids to eat savory, protein-rich foods in the morning is not always easy" is the most American thing I've ever heard. When you raise your kids on sugary cereal and processed food in the morning, no shit they are going to struggle eating healthy food. I find it absolutely hysterical that the same people struggling to feed their kids healthy food, are the same ones feeding them chicken nuggets and french fries on a regular basis.

    ONE study? o_O a lot more than one study have stated that high protein breakfasts are the best for you. You can have carbs, too, as long as you balance the carbs with protein.

    My son eats eggs every morning if not in his breakfast quesadillas which consists of eggs, Uncured bacon, mozzarella cheese and spinach or his gluten free pancakes or waffles with a piece of bacon. He’s autistic so I try really hard to do gluten free. I got lucky that he’ll eat that my advice is to start them early eating these kinds of things.

    I can eat protein but I cannot live wihtout pairing eat with white rice. That is my guilty pleasure
