The Brody Complex at Michigan State University | Fall 2010

After a 15-month renovation, the all-new Brody Square dining hall will open in August 2010. Similar to The Gallery at Snyder/Phillips, Brody Square will offer a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that cater to all palates. The dining hall will also feature a demonstration kitchen where students will be able to learn the latest in cooking techniques from experienced chefs, including Brody's Executive Chef David Brown.
