Even with a win I would be surprised if Syracuse makes the top 25. The bottom 5, 4 have games 3 of them are playing Texas, ND, and Alabama while SMU plays Duke. Army has an off week. This is where the loss to Stanford hurts. I still think they win. Miami is the prize. Business time, take care of business.
They win they are def in. There’s a good chance all 3 of those teams (navy/Missouri/Vandy) lose and that’s plenty of space for the Orange to slide in. Deservedly

Without looking in the last ten years half the league losses fit that bill including ACC tournament first round losses. Rebounding is a discipline focus task and requires 5 players at times. Go look back at games in the last ten years you see a lot of ball watching especially the guards when two steps inward gets them a rebound or foul. Not sexy but edgy.
