Weekend Warrior Pilates Workout Series with Rael Isacowitz

Every weekend millions of people head outside to play - and play hard. Rael regards himself as one of these people. The “Weekend Warrior”, was the theme of a workshop he presented at the 2017 Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) conference. All of the exercises have been filmed and thoroughly explained in a series of online clips that will be posted weekly as promised. Here is the second clip of the series. Rael guides you through Single Leg Stretch and Criss Cross on the Cadillac. These exercises are apart of the Master I repertoire.
