No offense but you need to adjust your settings.
your top was way too hot it couldn`t even catch up with the temp you set it on and that`s why you pop-corned / blistered the heck out of that chip.
word of advice to everyone, if you can see your top heater get red enough to see in the day light then your temp is either too high or you need to move your temp probe closer to the top heater.
i just hope that wasn`t a customers motherboard.

Термопрофиль к правильный низ ещё не нагрет верх уже жарит !! Плата поведена что процентов , нужно низ хорошо прогреть на первом шаге d1 ставить около 600 секунд
