    do you know him ? he is a intense person he was pushing 700s turned down wwe contract fucking mamoth one of his legs is 3 of me he was a crazy powerlifter he worked out at the old central city back in the day ! he got injured lifting pretty bad !

      ​@jakubk5354 back then these bigger guys benching were doing these lifts in gym in a shirt, definitely wasn't doing 700+ raw. That would have put him over the wr over 5 years ago for the raw bench.

      He talks about it in the video; competition benching once every 5 weeks, close grip twice a month. Accessory in between. You better be jacked af since I gave you this advice
