hola amigos tengo experiencia suficiente para deciros que las columnas inclinadas con cabeza son un gran problema .... lo mejor es una simple barra con una arandela con tornillo en un lateral ... facilita el cambio en caso de doblarse

why we use approx 5 degree more for heel block with respect of actuator pin. please explain anybody.

By adding 5 degrees to the heel block angle you will ensure positive lock up of the slide assembly. Also, when I would design a slide mechanism for molds, I would ensure that the heel block carried all of the pressure of the injection force. The pin did not have any slide pressure placed on it during the injection process. I hope this helps.
