Game 2 when he tributes wulf for Celeste. He suppose to mill 2 additional cards for garoth. Even tho it didnt matter

That's right a cost to activate is not actually apart of the eff.
You can chain necro to soul. Colossal wouldnt get his attack in against garath
Necro only negates the next attack that turn and he used troar so it didn’t matter if he chained necro
