Hey!! :D that background blur can be created by creating a distance between the subject physically away from the background - for example, when your hand move closer to your face, your peripheral vision/background is also blurred, and it’s a similar mechanism for most camera lens (You can also get camera lens with larger aperture (lower f.stop) but knowing how to physically separate background from subject is more important imo 🙈🙈
