Amy, great presentation as usual. Love the outdoor living space. Although I can't understand needing an outdoor fireplace. The last time I was in Orlando in the winter, it stayed in the 70s for most of my visit.
Unfortunately, no. Well.. YOU could live there, but your family couldn't live with you. However, there are quite a few communities that have the 55+ "feel" but are not age restricted. I'd love a chance to help you find just the right home!
Hi Rob! The 55+ designation is actually set up by Florida state law. Basically, you can't discriminate by age for housing, but there is a special designation in Florida for retirement communities. Unfortunately, 55+ is the only one set up that way. There are lots of communities that have an adults-only "feel" without that designation. In fact, I was visiting with some recent clients just today who chose to NOT do a 55+ when they moved, but are very happy with what they chose. Let me know if I can help you! :)
Very beautiful... Stunning... Great job and keep up the good work 👌👍👍
Sencillamente hermosa y comoda💞🙏

Thanks so much! An outdoor fireplace is really nice for about half the year. Remember, when it is in the 60's, we're COLD here! LOL
70 is below 0 to those of us in Hawaii. I can totally understand the outdoor fireplace.
BEAUTIFUL 😀😀😀
Hi Amy, I turned 55 this year. My daughters are 6 and 13 years old. My wife is 45. Would we be able to live in a 55 + community? Thank you!!!☺️

any such thing as 45+? I am 67, but I have a caregiver who is almost 45, and it would be my desire for them to inherit the home,

Why do they think seniors want mirrors? And glass doors? They lost me at the mirrors. The Ovens are next to a curtain? Yikes
LOL... well, I'm sure some seniors want to look at themselves from all angles :)
