@@aaronlee4913 I noticed that someone gave you some pricing on the model home that was not correct. I wouldn't let you spend $300,000 over base pricing for ANY model home no matter what it had in it! If you would like a price on the actual model, let me know and I can find out for you. Base pricing has gone up a little bit since I posted this, but we are still talking about very low $300s. So with 10% for options and upgrades you are under $350k and if you wanted to totally bling it out and spend an extra $50k, you are still not going over $400k. :)

In Florida (and some other states) they have a special designation for certain communities for 55+ only. Too much history to go into here about the law, but I understand where you are coming from... :)
Somebody needs to oil that front door it creaks like a haunted house... A bathroom with a shower isn't a full bath it is a 3/4 bath ..a full bath has a tub... So ballpark price ?

This is my favorite floor plan, my dream home. Perfect for a single person like myself. Every thing on one level. So tired of cleaning my up and down.

Hi Aaron! This home starts at just over $300,000... but that is base pricing. I always recommend you allow at least 10% more for upgrades and options.

LOL on the door! The current starting price for this floor plan is $305,995 but you should allow at least another 10% for options and upgrades.
