Sir in which year did the UPSC change the Paper 2 syllabus.....
From which year onwards I should start solving the previous year question papers

CSAT was introduced in 2011... and from the preparation perspective it is advisable that you should go through all of them but in 2023 it is expected that they will follow the recent pattern ie. 2020, 2021 and 2022 pattern only.
