Two Statements S1 and S2 are given below with regard to four members P, Q, R and S followed by a Questions: S1 : R is greater than P as well as Q. S2 : S is not the largest one answer is "C" and not D. kindly correct it
sir, in 38:54 , the answr would be C, not D , as R is greater than greater than P and q , THIS MEANS , among these three R is largest, then in 2nd, it is written s is not largest, this means , on whole this, R is Largest, hence option C
Sir u tough us in PEP(2023) in class but i didnt realised at that time about ur valuabe teaching but watching this video i m in guilt that. Why i didnt utilise ur class fruitfully in PEP...
31 Q: It is unclear if P/Q is married or P/R. Ideal answer should be D. As we cannot assume, we only know the gender not exactly who is married to whom.
Try solving with these numbers and same answer would come. Trick is not multiple of 3. In short sum of digits not multiple of 3. Go ahead and solve.. And lemme know if it was helpful.
38:52 upsc answer key is wrong, right answer should be D undoubtedly because S is not largest but S can be equal to R , Eg :- R-10,S-10,Q-5,P-6 R remains greater than Q and P , According to S1. S is not yet the greatest but equal to R, According to S2. Therefore,Answer D no statement can justify which one is the greatest,Idk why upsc gave a controversial answer C..what if S is equal to R ?? Then there will be two greatest number not just one !
If you take S=R then Both R and S become "joint largest no" ,, and second statement says that S can't become largest no... Becoming joint largest also means becoming largest no which is violating second statement. As S can't become largest or joint largest either. Correct me if I'm wrong
