This just looks like the subdivision i live in, here in abroad, but i can comfortably afford it, but i know i can't afford to stay in banana island for now. My point is; Banana island is just way too overrated and extremely over priced.
No wonder a movie is titled "Banana Island ghost". Hunans with blood in their veins won't buy 1 plot of land for 3.6 x10^8 ngn. To rub salt on injury, they even rent house for 3×10^7 ngn. These are enough to build Nigeria in my village 🥴🥴🥴
God forbid I will never west my money to rent or buy a house in there, they care people who needs help and can't afford to eat I rather buld my house somewhere and put security and use the rest of the money and do something to benefit the needy
