In reviewing the product's Lawson history, Lawson's historic prominence in Healthcare should probably get a mention. HCA, for example. Lawson was less in manufacturing and government than in retail and healthcare, which heavily favored the AS400 platform which Lawson supported.

Eric we are looking at Syteline vs Netsuite for Food and Bev. I found Syteline interface to be very outdated. I do like the functionality however I am having a hard time following the work flows?

Hi Eric, at around 7 minutes, you mentioned that CSI handles inventory items with many combinations of attributes like different styles or colors. What features in CSI allow it to handle that situation?

They are called "attributes" and they can be optionally attached to items

    Hi Eric,
Really enjoy your videos.. A question to Infor. Is WMS part of Cloudsuite? Is WMS part of Cloudsuite SCM? Is ERP part of SCM? Really interested in Supply Chain, Order Management Capabilities and Warehouse Management Capabilities but want separate ERPs… Can I get that in Cloudsuite?

HI Kasper, WMS has it's own CloudSuite, CloudSuite WMS www.infor.com/solutions/scm/warehousing/warehouse-management-system. The ERPs are part of their own CloudSuite now. M3 is CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise (as well as a couple others). Syteline is CloudSuite Industrial. There are standalone Supply Chain and Order Management modules, but this functionality is also available in the CloudSuite solutions

@@zachgilbertson4504 ok so WMS I available with OMS and SCM as add in’s in Cloudsuite. And the OMS and SCM is not different, perhaps legacy, products you combine with Cloudsuite WMS?

I have been calling Infor for more than a week inquiring about the software. They never answer their phone. I don't know Eric, you might be reviewing a scam before you know it.
