Oh this place.. Yes it's nice BUT the train service next to it increased f0r one train a day to every 15 minutes with Brightline and Tri-Rail now... and they are LOUD! Blaring horns and ringing those bells like you hear at the crossing bud much louder. This is all you here all day, even inside hallways and other common areas. They have to reduce the price because of this noise. It's too much after one year here. Trains slow down sometimes and just rings those bells at 6 am or 2 am. On the other it's Biscayne BLVD that's loud too. Too much noise for this price and still no promised retail downstairs..
