Labor at a Porsche shop will be about 500 Euro, so thats what you can save you do it your self
if you are not a racer let Porsche do it!
You will also need some special tools!

Anyway i just made this video to show some of the steps and give others a general idea whats involved.. enjoy..
Thanks for posting the part numbers
Thanks for the typs 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
600Nm! Wow!
How are your PCCBs holding up? how many track days/kms on a set? I am speccing .2 now and this time would like to try PCCBs if the running costs don't kill. Thanks!
car sold long time ago, did buy a McLaren, was thinking that was an upgrade, but have not found out it was actually a pretty big downgrade in service aspect. Those PCCB was okay, but i will never again buy car with Ceramic breaks, its too expensive for someone like me that do track days, pads are like 700 euro and disks are like 5-7K per axle, that's just stupid... Porsche steel breaks works just fine, and much cheaper to run..
ok, great. appreciate!

i use ceramic high heat compound! you need the right stuff for this, get from Porsche or eBay :)
Did you also replace the ceramic disks?
