In my opinion, anything that is adhesive and/or a suction cup has a very short useful life. The brand Proclip makes mounts that hard-mount to your cars interior by either clipping onto it or wedging between the trim pieces. They cost a bit more, but they’re car specific and will last practically forever. I’d fork up the cost of a Proclip mount, rather than go the alternate route where I’d eventually have to anticipate buying another.
yea, getting that "stick" is the tough part. It has to be completely smooth and completely flat. on the car and on the case ... I will have to look into the Proclip
