To be honest, I do not know exact date but in my local area it is available today, but the video says in stores 1/15/2024 so will see how true it can be for all Harbor Freight stores.
That's Awful 1000$ for limited key reprograming and immobilizer/Theft deterrent. Your correct this Scanner is not for Dad because it wouldn't fix his problems!!

Harbor Freight replacing all their cheap tools with expensive knock offs. Eventually they will price themselves out of the reason people shop there.
