LeTir tremendously shines with this beast, as his Base Trait just straight buffs secondary damage (very rare in either version of WOWS)… which normally isn’t THAT huge cause a lot of the French secondaries are weak 90-100mm peashooters 😅. But since the Legends Devs have given us crazy 32mm+ 1/4 pen on these 130’s, instead of their PC-Wows standard adjust 22mm pen… LeTir’s giving more or less a straight 10% DPM buff, at max rank ! Not only that, but LeTir has the currently unique in Legends ability to take an Offense-boosting Base Trait, AND Properly Meticulous, AND Master Mechanic (for 5 Heals, at max)… all active at the same time 😀 !!!
@@Berserker_4517 That’s true - but you lose out on the significant 10% secondary damage boost from LeTir’s base trait .. I suppose it’s a Player Choice if they value Spock’s more defensive Live Long and Prosper over the offensive increase from LeTir’s “A l’abordage!” trait
Good idea to run spock. I havent seen anyone else try him yet. Or even mention him. Hes one of the few non standard commanders ive actually got thank god haha
There are so many ships nowadays It's getting impossible to remember what your opponents ships has for, armour, guns, and if they have torps, radar etc.
Why use him when you can use Spock who has the same ability to use properly meticulous and master mechanic at the same time plus he has in the first row flammable cannonier which is a slight buff to the accuracy of the main battery. Or use Dunkerque buff the main battery and use porcupine. You miss out on running both properly meticulous and master mechanic but you buff the main battery which Le tir is sorely lacking especially for the French BB’s.

Spock can also run master mechanic and properly meticulous along with flammable cannonier which is a buff to main battery accuracy.

La Foudre can also be built with a secondary focus, if with a more awkward layout.

I bought Flandre with global xp not too long ago and I really like it. Picardie looks fun.
I'm glad Picarde performed a little better with Spock, I needed a reason to get him level him up.
