Question about the stl tone pack. I'm just getting started. What do I need to get those tones? Do I need an amp, like a kuemper. Or just cable into an interface than the sound out through my speakers? How do you run yours?
Hey corey ! For stl tones, you just need an audio interface and a DAW (cubase, logic, reaper...)! Nothing more. You just have to simply plug your guitar into your audio interface (let's say input 1 for example) and launch stl tones in your daw ! Really simple to use and sounds fantastic
I used the kemper a lot before the whole covid thing, I was touring with my band and needed to have an amp on stage. The Kemper is really handy, lighter than a real amp so I am always using it. But if you are willing to play at home, stl tones if the way to go. Way cheaper of course and sounds fantastic
