God, I won't lie that I got spoiled on the protagonist's death (which seems impossible to not be these days). However, after the fight with Nyx where it would naturally happen, I dismissed it as fake as I got confused... Wondering if the game was ending soon or if this was just some weird jape despite the large sense of finality. I remember the scene on the rooftop so vividly, it was seemingly the ending to a game I had spent entire days on that summer. I didn't really think too much of it though, just a cute little wholesome scene to show how much Aegis had developed. Then, the infamous text box came up... I was simply confused, still ignortant to what was going on. As soon as the screen went white I remember just being astonished as I said out loud to myself "I'm dead". Such a fantasticly moving scene. Persona 3 is one of the greatest games ever made IMO, everything about that ending is just so... Powerful.
Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh. I'm really late to playing this game, but god damn did it hit hard. The scene hypes you up for a happy ending, and wrenches out your soul in the end, when they start hinting that you're not just "going to sleep" in Aigis' lap. (This of course is speaking from the perspective of just P3:FES, I wouldn't even wanna try for the other endings in P3:P. I cried enough from this alone.)
Thank you so much for extending this! This is still the saddest moment for me in the whole of the Persona series. Seeing Aigis pondering over all that you did, the spring breeze blowing by, and your character lying on her lap. Suddenly, she tells you to rest, and you can tell she is about to cry. Then Kimi no Kioku starts playing and you are emotionally wrecked if you know/find out what the lyrics mean.
Im thrilled you liked it. Wow, its been a while since I reviewed the comments here...1000 views. I'd be happy to start taking requests for extentons since im sure those 7 subscribers surely subscribed for more. Cant let em down ^^
As much as I wanna make a joke... I just can't. I just got around to playing this game recently, and managed to finish it today, and this ending really did me in. I can't make a joke about this game because to me, it's just too emotionally beautiful to. Spending those last moments with Aigis as everyone began remembering all at once, hearing her speaking of having found the answer she had always wished she'd find, and knowing that she found her answer through you... It was just so beautifully done. This game was an incredible experience, and I'm glad this was my first Persona game. It was worth the trouble and all 80+ hours I poured into my first playthrough. I would very much love to play this game again. My only regret for my first playthrough was not maxing out the Social Links for Yukari, Fuuka, Mitsuru and Aigis.
Tenshi Foxx Persona in general is full of really powerful stuff. P4 Golden on the vita and Persona 5 are also really great games, fully endorse them. While neither of them carry the emotional force that P3 did, they definitely earn their place as my all-time favourite games. You can't connect with every single character in another game quite like Atlus can make you with the Persona games. I'm really glad you got to experience P3 and I hope you get the chance to play P4 and 5. Let me know if there's a song you wanna hear extended. I'm trying to get my motherboard replaced during Christmas deals so if I can then I'll get right on it.
really? for me i was like "oh...my...d-did i just die!? *sees the end credits small scene* ALL MY FEELS!!!" also if you read the lyrics of the credits song, Kimi no Kioku (memories of you) they pretty much tell you "yep, he's pretty dead, here's a depressing as shit song for you to feel even worse!"
i'm only angry i couldn't romance Junpei, when i played FES i felt that "Brothership" he had with Makoto at the beginning of the game, when i played Portable as Minako he was the only one who didn't went nuts about wanting to have her as girlfriend and in that instance he was the most mature of all, i really would've loved to have a Junpei romance in P3P FeMC route
@@MagnetonPlayer_2 Brotherships not a word. It’s “Brotherhood”. Plus he was just getting over the death of his first love. It’s kinda tone deaf to have the option of dating him months after that traumatic event. Even the Femc route agrees with this. You shouldn’t even have the option to romance him at all. Accepting it would make him look emotionally dumb.
I miss these games so much. never have I felt so involved or touched by a game. I'm pretty sad about the fact that no matter what, no playthrough will ever be as amazing as the first, although it's still incredibly fun. Persona made me feel so involved, that even to this day, I still think about Persona 3,4,5 and the + versions, and wonder how it could be to live in the world the games take place in, as a part of the team. I get the impression that these games are quite a niche nowadays, so if any "fans" like me wanna get in touch, that would be awesome. Since having played P4 (first persona), I may have encountered 2 or 3 people, but these people had only heard of it, not interested at all. Concludes my update on my love for persona, and Atlus, haha. Cheers
you know when i played the original version of P3, before fes with that stupid fucking epilogue that revealed that he died, it did not really seem like he died to me. i remember viewing it as the main character resting after overcoming a grand journey. i know there is tons of stuff that imply he gave all of his strength to defeat nyx, like how he becomes more and more tired in the last days, but if you look at it in the context of the original game, you cant say he DIED right then and there.

Dude, you're not alone. I started playing FES 3 months ago when i was looking through the classics section, and holy hell did it hit me hard.
I’m even later.
Y'all played P3FES before 2020!?
The game came out in 2007 bro

Im 8 years late but thank you for extending this song it means a lot to me.
I had the ending spoiled to me and even watched it way before finishing the game and yet when i did i still cried like a little bitch
same... i just took the decision to let ryoji live and im only on jan 1st; but i still anticipate the ending, bc i know it will be worth it :)
this music gave me goose bumps
This is the first video game that made me cry. Aigis, junpei, akahiko and the gang will never leave my memory
As the femmc I cried in the Akihiko ending
first his sister, then his best friend, then the love of his life. Feels bad man

I feel like I ruined a great experience by listening to this before my second playthrough, since the first time I was just confused

Hey, you published this just short of a month before I beat this game for the first time. Neato.
much cooler if minato's soul was inside aigis's, then we might be able to see him agian Q.Q
Nah, he's a doorknob now
He's coming back y'all dw
Hopefully :(
The remakes. . . I'm going to cry all over again
This and hoshi to bokura to piano version hit hard. :'(
Burn my dread. I'm a lot like Yuki myself.
this better be in persona 3 reload
they prolly won't. Coming back from the dead isn't really possible, even for them
