To make a long story short the Lexus NX wins hands down in my books. I have owned 4 Lexus cars and run them to 500,000 Km with no major expense. Since I have retired I do not put on as many Kilometers. Resale in also excellent on the Lexus cars.
I still prefer the Lexus NX 300 Turbo. No other brand can beat Toyota/Lexus reliability!!! As well as their resale value!!! Which is why i bought a new 2021 NX 300 and never regretted my purchase.
I pre-ordered the the new 2022 NX 350 AWD with 2.4L turbo petrol, 275bhp and 8 speed automatic. Did I do the right thing by choosing that over the hybrid?
@@vinayshsureshram277 I think you did the right thing if your looking to have more horse power. The 2022 hybrid model is only rated at having 239 horses. I myself like having more horsepower, than fuel economy but that’s just me. I don’t think there’s a wrong choice in whatever engine you go with on the 2022 NX. :)
@@r.m.s.605 Thanks. Yes, performance and driving dynamics are more important to me than a few more litres/100kms. also the 8 speed automatic must be more responsive and fun to drive than the CVT on the hybrid.
Why are you showing a close-up of a NX 200t when you're saying "NX 300"? See @ 1:10 and @ 1:16? Did you bother to review the video before you uploaded here? It appears that it's the 200t that we see driving after that. Is the interior also that of an NX 200t? Jesus. C'mon man. You need to correct this.
I think I kind of agree with you. The video here does show the NX300 in a great light and the vehicle looks attractive. I even seen one in the parking lot the other day and I thought the same, it didn't look too bad, but most often when I see this vehicle I have the same sentiments that you are expressing here. These things are but ugly with this atrocious grill.
German cars are for leasing. Japanese cars are for buying.

Lexus is never a bad choice.
@@ShiftingLanes It's the smart money choice! 🙂

Volvo should get rid of the emblem on the front. It identifies it as an old persons brand that drives around during the day with their headlights on.
That’s like telling BMW to get rid of the kidney grill
main problem i have with bmw's is , you have almost the same interior on every bmw until you reach bmw 7 series or X7 (100k$+)
All these are great vehicles. But I think my choice is Acura RDX in this segment. Best sporty engine and looks great inside and out.

The Corsair offers an adaptive suspension
Surprised no one mentions how horrible is the reliability of Lincolns lol
the Lincoln is a dressed up Ford Escape.
One reason NOT to buy a Lexus (this model included): They are butt ugly!

Also bmws are more fun
@@karimtemri1664 even more fun when you bring it to a shop to fix things after warranty
If you drive an ugly car it makes you look more attractive.
