Great unboxing video Travis! I have this exact setup on my Termi and while I was there I bumped the gear to 3.73 - I also added the Steeda full length subframe connectors and the H&R Sport springs and my Termi was day and night!! Have a great weekend🙌🏼
It has the sports now but its still a little too low so I'm replacing those with the race springs. I do have the MM full length subframe connectors also going on with all of this.
Thanks for the shout out T. You're going to love the combination of the H & R's, koni's, and FTB 5001 kit with diff cover. I ended up using stock bolts and went with an expoxy based diff sealant and so far so good. Can't wait to see how yours rides in the summer. Less than 3 months and they will be out terrorizing the streets of Mexico once again
I defiantly cannot wait!!! I need to do the feature on your car soon. I keep meaning to do the subscriber videos but they take substantially longer to put together than one like this. I'll get to it before too much longer though.
I had that FTB kit on my first Terminator and it hooked up like it was on flypaper! Good move Travis. I have the same diff. cover for my MG car. I am also using a LubeLocker self sealing gasket to avoid any leak issues. Can't wait to see your car run after the install! You will be able to use more of your power with the beefed up suspension. Come on spring!!!
I believe using these gaskets is really the key. They seem to have very few if any problems. Glad you where pleased with how your's was with this kit. I'm excited to drive it for the first time this spring after the install.
The Cobra is at the shop for the winter. I don’t have a lift in my garage and it’s cold as hell here this time of year, last thing I’m going to do is be out in the garage doing work on the car so the shop is taking care of it along with the other parts going on
Hey great video I'm in v the middle of my termi swap I'm missing something that goes behind the heat exchanger it's like a small long radiator with two aluminum hoses coming out it do you know what it does and what's that for . There's no videos on that part of the cobra I can't find it on ebay or Amazon
The OEM set up on the Cobras there is not anything behind the heat exchanger. It sounds like it may have been an added oil cooler but I cant say for sure w/out actually seeing it. The OEM oil cooler on the Cobra's works fine and most cases does not need upgrading. The OEM one is located near the oil filter. If its a shell that you are putting a Terminator cobra in it could be something that was added previously.
Its not much, but we do appreciate the content bud. Can't wait for summer!
❤ Much appreciated, you go way beyond expectations and it doesn’t go unnoticed
Look like great quality. Love that diff cover
Why are all the best looking parts on these cars hidden??? Long tubes, clutch’s , diff cover. All car porn you can’t look at and enjoy
@@Lethal_Venom so true 🤣

@@Lethal_Venom Its going to be a completely different beast when its all done. That said the FTBR does add a pinch more NVH 💯
@@PaulDaFox I can 100% live with that over the current state of the IRS and the horrible Cobra clunk its always had
Dang, they really give you everything you need. Looks quality. 🔥
They even give you a lighter bank account balance 😅
😅
@@Lethal_Venom wait til you get the bill for labor... 😁
@@mboost3151 Good thing he’s fair on labor rates and likes me as a customer lol

@@Lethal_Venom it's all good. No rush. Look forward to it.
Looks like a great set up after college hopefully I can afford parts like these
Hope so as well! Having a great credit score and not drowning in credit card debt is key. All mistakes I made at one point but learned from.
@Lethal Venom only debt I have is my mortgage so I hear you
@@SVTVasquez That’s a good spot to be in.

That should make a big improvement. Nice upgrades 👍🏻
Definitely can’t wait to see the difference it all makes
