I visited his home which is now a museum, his property is just suit case filled with few clothes and books in his house. Can't believe how honest a human being can be, hamare yaha ek sarkari naukar bhi lakon karodon ki property khadi karta hai

I am in tears while watching it. We miss him dearly. Such a gem to our mother nation. Nation's greatest son. I was so happy & proud of my father when his dream of receiving teachers award from the hands of this great man 🙏🏼 fulfilled in 2005.he was over the moon not because of the award but to meet sir kalam merely for 1 or 2mins. Even after 18 yrs upto this day he cherish those moments. Lots of respect to the legend 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 missile man 🙌 sir kalam's contribution to the development of this nation & students is unthinkable.

He was an excellent engineer. Did great work in developing rocket science in India. However he did not do anything noteworthy as the President. He was lucky to have trouble free tenure. And after presidency what he was doing was just bluffing and self promotion mostly... often showered with limitless praises. Sorry. Fact is a fact. If anybody honours him for his work in ISRO, it is truly commendable.
