    Oh, the audacity of that fake police officer trying to exploit an already shocking situation to extort money just sends shivers down my spine! The poor woman, first reeling from the news of her husband's alleged fraud, and then facing a threat to her and her pets' safety by someone she thought was there to help. This all just shows how sinister some people can be, preying on others in their most vulnerable moments.

      Which is WHY you tell someone like that to EFF OFF!! THEN YOU CALL THE COPS!! Here in AMERICA (take note, writers) WE aren't AFRAID to deal with our POLICE! We also aren't afraid to PROTECT OURSELVES.

      Most folks who have a dog consider it a family member. I have three dogs and each one I consider to be a member of my family and I will defend them as such.
      The last one is truly my companion. He chose me, showed up on my door step and refused to leave (not that I actually tried to get him to leave)
      Half Border Collie and half St Bernard. The colors of a black and white Border Collie but the head shape and size (almost) and weight of a St Bernard. Around 85 lbs right now at 1.3 yo old. He MUST go with me anytime I leave the house. He sets up in the truck passenger seat like he owns it. Well until I get out then he gets behind the wheel.
      The other two are little munchkins that also enjoys going for road trips.
      Yeah, don't mess with my furry kids, it will not end well.

    Lol, "im a police officer, i would never lie"
    I do hope that no one was standing next to him when he said that. The lightning strike would have taken them out also.
    One of the very first things they teach a police officer is lying is not only acceptable but encouraged. It is 100% legal for cops to lie. That has been challenged in court.

      @randysmith9636 - Oh please! One of the first things they teach cops is lying is not only acceptable......" As a general rule, no, they don't lie all the time. They can lie in an interrogation & it's a useful tool. Yes, it's legal but encouraged? No.

      Have you never watched a video from a interrogation room before? Have you ever heard of undercover? Have you ever heard of a sting operation?
      Have you ever heard of a Terry stop?
      Do you have a clue the times a cop will tell someone how bad they failed a polygraph test knowing they passed.
      Here is a fresh one, two days ago. The Sherrif came to my stepsons house looking for a cousin of his. He told them he isn't here, haven't seen him in a couple years. He has nothing to do with the family because they are trash. They looked him in the eye and said "we tracked his phone and it pinged at your house, we need to come in and search"
      He called me and asked what should he do. I asked are you sure he isn't there. He said no, haven't seen him in a couple years. The whole family is trash, theifs and does drugs.
      My advice to him was, do not allow them to search your house without a warranty.
      There is no fricken way they tracked his phone to my stepsons house, LIE.
      They did catch the boy in Huntsville trying to rob a gas station the following morning. The Supreme Court, in 1969, ruled police are allowed to lie.

    So how long can we make the charges list: attempted fraud and impersonating a police officer and now you're trying to do blackmail, threats, assault, kidnapping, distruction of property, extortion!
    "You're an idiot..." pot trying to call the kettle and it went nuclear!!!
    Husband passed a year ago - dang, talk about not "doing your homework!"
    "Why are you doing this?" How about we ask YOU the same question!

    If in California, US they will have to prove that the car was locked. The broken window does not count if the car was not locked.

    • @chrismc410
      @chrismc410 Год назад +1

      In WV, it makes no difference if locked or not. No one is allowed to approach your real property, vehicles etc without your permission or a legal right to do so(ie: postal/parcel service, utility personnel, police with a warrant or probable cause)

    • @erichanastacio9695
      @erichanastacio9695 11 месяцев назад

      Needs to prove it was locked?
      Destroying property is already a crime. And...
      IF they UNLOCKED the car after the window was broken? How'd you prove it was locked in the first place? And some people don't have car cameras.

    I had a scammer call me 1 day after I got out of the hospital for a broken leg. I normally just hang up but, I was kinda bored so I just let him ramble on & on. I made up a name & faked 4 digits of my "SSN". At just about the 30 minute mark, he told me that if I didn't send him money/gift cards, he'd have cops come to my home to arrest me. "Do you really mean you'd do that?", "Yes, I will & you'll go to jail!". "Well, bless your heart! Here I sit, totally bored out of my mind & you promise to send me cops right to my door! You know, in my city, the cops are all VERY good looking. What do you think I should do? Bake an angel food cake or would chocolate chip cookie be better? Oh dear! I should start a pot of coffee right now, huh?" And the BOOM!!! I haven't heard swearing like that since my paternal grandparents were alive & Gma would get mad at Gpa. I don't even remember the German swear words unless I get royally PO'd. Then the German in me just bubbles to the surface. I doubt the scammer had fun talking with me but I had a wonderful time chatting with him.

    And since when do police oficers aresting over text and on whatsup? And police dont talk or negotiate about money in the way that they say that the victim is fine with settling for 50 tousands instead 70 milion. There are lawyers for that Court and stuff. Police does their job and turns it to court. It is not up to them furher.
    Honestly I know a guy who got killed like this. He threatened a woman whose dog he took. That dog was the only thing that she had from her parents who died in car accident. He was a teraphy dog too. He worths a lot. She took a gun. She went where she was told, he came with the dog, she left the money (Well she put newspapper) in the trash can where he said. She moved away from the spot, he aproached and in that moment she shot him. She took the dog home. She was sued, went to prision. But she got out in 5 years time. But he never got out of the grave. People should think of that when they're scaming people. You might end up dead

    If you're just going to make up a random amount for a made up fraud case why the fuck would 70 million be the number you go with like who the hell would actually fall for that like unless you're the greatest spokesmen on the god damn planet getting that much in backing ain't possible I don't even think Mr. beast or even Jesus christ himself could manage to get even close to that much in financial backing
