I am an older guy who made a little progress with a guitar 40 some years ago but life got in the way, recently retired and with slightly arthritic hands I have found you and this instrument and style of playing that with a little practice I seem to be doing ok with so thank you Fred for what you have put on here and thank you for the speed of delivery because that's the pace I need. Liked and subscribed.
Your teaching and explanation is top notch. I discovered cbg's about 16 months ago. No previous guitar experience what so ever! Im much more of a builder than a player which i do find hard despite everyone saying they are very easy to play! I need to improve as this will help me to sell my instruments . Ive made 27 to date and sold 23 . They are very addictive .
Builders are great players something about knowing how everything works not all guitar players can build but builders can play for sure your playing will improve extremely fast
Sorry, but I don't think this was a great video as several comments are stating. He keeps saying "watch what I'm doing", but you can't watch what he's doing because the camera is too close and you can't see his strumming hand. This would have been a great video if you could see both hands playing.
Great video fred I follow all the big cbg guys for some hints tips and lessons and you are definitely up there with them.
very kind off you, thanks for the encouragement

Great video Fred! Thanks so much for the lessons. I need it!! :)
Great lesson But you need to film with a wider-angle lens to show your picking hand!
It is three strings.....
@@alanbays4716 I was aware that it was a 3 string guitar Alan...My comment was that the video don't show his picking hand..
